Vacation rentals with a pool in Opatija

We had a wonderful 2 weeks with our family in this house. Had super nice weather and everything you can think of was present in the house of Natalija and her family. Close to Labin, I think one of the best located places in Istria! We enjoyed the beach in Rabac, good restaurants nearby and from here very exploring Istria, Rovinj, Pula etc. Also seen the plitvice lakes and that is 5 hours up and down but worth it. Had a very nice time! Thank you!

If you demand the finest, this house represents the pinnacle. The house is everything you see in the pictures and then some. You can feel the heart that has gone into restoring this house while preserving the soul of the architecture. The design and furnishings are luxurious and complements the house in a unique way. Even the little detailed touches and details are provided for, including toiletries, high-end bedding and towels. The kitchens are fully stacked: both inside and outside. While Istria has a lot of small coves and deserted beaches with cristal clear waters to offer, the decking beach in Moscenicka Draga is an exclusive way of experiencing the best of what Croatia has to offer from a beach perspective. Last but not least: Tanja and Oliver are top hosts. They are easy to communicate with, and does everything in their power to make sure, that your stay is truly a five-star experience. Our family of four had a great week at Maya‘s guesthouse. We loved the private backyard with nice garden, heated pool and jacuzzi. The small house has everything we needed and there is a good outdoor kitchen as well. The beach is a few minutes away and at least in fall there are good chances that you have it for yourself. There are hiking trails to the secluded northern part of the island steps away from the house as well. The communication with Maja is easy and very friendly.

Tatjana and Rene were exceptional hosts! They welcomed me and my friends in a sociable, helpful and very friendly way. Rene was very well organized, among all the amenities, the necessary numbers and the freedom he gave us, we felt welcomed and respected! It was a really nice vacation and we hope to be able to return in the future!

My family and I had a lovely week. The house was beautifully decorated and the amenities were nice. The pool allowed us to have a pleasant time with the children. Having a barbecue was a big advantage. The house was full of privacy. We had a calm, enjoyable time. The host was friendly and kind. We recommend it to everyone. A beautiful home with a location and amenities that you won't regret!

We stayed at Villa Quarnaro. It looks exactly like the pictures. The house is super well maintained, everything was clean. We felt very comfortable. The hosts were also very friendly. We would gladly come back!

The vacation home was found as described! The outdoor area with pool is very well maintained and beautifully lit in the evening. The interior is tastefully furnished and very clean! The kitchen equipment is excellent, everything that was needed was found. The location of the house is very quiet and idyllic! It is about 25 minutes by car to the beach. Communication with Boris was impeccable! The vacation home is recommended!

For check-in and check-out we were greeted by Luana and her son Giuseppe. Very happy with your stay in Croatia. Everything is done to allow us to discover the city and surroundings. We enjoyed the setting and the calm! To be recommended without hesitation.

The accommodation and stay there was good, I did not like only the control from 8 to 20:00 pool, it is difficult to explain to a small child that in the pool is no longer allowed, as it is still light and everyone walks on the street So everything was fine.

Great place to stay in a house with a total of 4 apartments and rooftop pool. Kitchen & living room, bathroom with shower, bedroom were very clean, new and fitting. The sunset balcony is great 5min to the supermarket, 10-15min to port, restaurants & beach The hosts were very helpful and friendly - thank you! :)

We absolutely loved our stay! The location is amazing – right by the sea with stunning sunset views. The beach in front of the villa is clean and beautiful, and the water is crystal clear. There are nice restaurants within walking distance, and it’s super easy to explore the whole island of Krk and even visit the nearby Risnjak National Park. Mirjana was so kind and always quick to help whenever we had a question. We’d love to come back one day. Thanks so much!

Everything perfect, very nice apartment - completely clean and tastefully decorated. All newly made and no unnecessary nipples. The pool is super nice and located directly opposite the apartment (you have to go to the other "side of the street", but the street is almost only a small path at the end of a dead end). Helena (the landlady) is super nice and accommodating, she made everything possible. Thank you for the wonderful week!

Everything was a great fit! The place was clean, well appointed and exactly as described. We felt very comfortable and would come back anytime. Location is great, everything within walking distance. The contact with Josipa was super friendly and accommodating. The house was also in good condition, the outdoor area looked very new. Someone came to clean the pool twice a week. Everything was available on site and even more than described. The house inside is exactly as shown in the pictures. Thanks to Josipa and her husband for the nice welcome, the uncomplicated handling and thus for the great vacation :-)

We stayed in this beautiful villa for a week in mid August. The view is just stunning and beautiful sunsets to enjoy on the outside patio and pool. The villa is spotless and clean. All the amenities we required to cook at hom including a great BBQ area. The weather was very hot and unfortunately there is only AC in the lounge and one in the landing upstairs. The bedrooms were therefore very hot and sleeping was difficult. We bought two little fans But didn’t help much.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house is a hidden gem. While the original description was a little misleading, suggesting the house is in Rovinj (it is actually in Modrušani, near the small town of Žminj - 20 minute drive to Rovinj), that didn't take anything away from the beauty of the place. The house is tastefully furnished, the kitchen very well equipped and all bedrooms have their own en-suite bathroom. The pool area with lounge chairs and umbrellas, as well as the outdoor kitchen were amazing. Thank you Marta for being a great host! We'll be back whenever we get a chance.

Very pleasant stay in a quiet area. Beautifully cared for stay with very friendly and caring owners. Highly recommended. Too bad about the sometimes too busy coastal region, but with the tips of the owners, you can circumvent this. Seeing Croatia by boat is absolutely recommended. Away from the crowds and a very nice area. A fun vacation guaranteed.

Beautiful villa and a very comfortable stay. Near to a small town for a supermarket, restaurants and pharmacy and 30 mins from Rovinj which is beautiful and also around 30 mins from east coast quieter beaches. Host was really helpful with giving suggestions on Beaches and restaurants. Thank you!
