Waterfront vacation rentals in Opatija

The place is a dream. Aleksandra picked us up and the first contact was very warm, as if we already knew each other. We were also provided with bread, drinks, milk and fruit for the first morning, which is not a matter of course and is therefore very friendly of our hostess. Aleksandra gave us recommendations for restaurants. In addition, she asked us in between if everything was okay. That's a very nice gesture, too. We spent a wonderful week there and would love to come back. Best regards

Fantastic location with an amazing view. Easily walkable to restaurants and city center. Outdoor space is spacious and overlooks the sea. Very well equipped apartment. I definitely recommend and would stay again.

If you are visiting this part of Croatia, stay here! Apartment Harry is hands down the best air b&b we have ever used. It is very clean, spacious, comfortable and it has its own garden for use by guests. Bakar itself is a beautiful, peaceful fishing village that seems virtually untouched by tourism, but is perfectly located, central to many sights and the gateway to Istria. We particularly enjoyed wandering down to the local bakery each morning for breakfast and enjoying a coffee by the water. Tamara is a breath of fresh air and is on hand to offer advice on all the best places to visit. We could not have asked more of her. We only wished we'd stayed longer.

Natasha called us on the day of arrival, to say that the apartment was already ready. So we could get in earlier😀. She waited for us and explained everything well. Natasha is a very sweet woman. If you need something, she'll take care of it right away. The apartment is in the middle of Lovran, close to the sea. Ideal! Our dog could walk freely in the apartment and the roof terrace. Beautiful view! The dog beach was a fifteen-minute walk. This was completely cordoned off by a fence and the rocks. Water shoes are recommended. The bakery and supermarket were also within walking distance. The Lungomare, the path that runs all the way to Opatia, is ideal for walking along the coast. You will come across plenty of terraces, beaches (mostly concrete) and villages along the way. It was very nice to stay in Lovran. Thank you Natasha!

Suzana is an excellent, attentive super hostess. Everything you need and even more (umbrella, iron…) is available. There was a cool bottle of white wine in the fridge. On the kitchen table were fruit and chocolate and cherries from the garden. In general, the garden and access to the sea are beautiful. The apartment is simply recommended.

Everything was great. Great view from the windows, cozy, like home. The comfort of guests is thought out to the smallest detail. Special thanks for parking and hospitality for travelers with dogs. We will be happy to come back again. We wish you only the best of guests and the warmest of wishes.

Great place, down to earth and original!

We were more than satisfied. The privacy was exactly as we imagined it. After a small problem, the landlord was there so quickly. We lacked nothing. The sunrises at the top seat were intoxicating. It was all in all a beautiful stay that we will never forget. The house ,the surroundings ,just everything.

The stay was fine Doris and her daughter were very enthusiastic and helpful. We received delicious cookies that she had baked herself. The view is beautiful, in short, everything is okay.

Super, wonderful place!

The location of the accommodation is perfect - a private beach is right next to it, the village is a 5-minute walk away and wonderful walking paths are very close. The hosts were easily accessible and when something in the apartment didn't work, the problem was promptly resolved. The kitchen is very, very well equipped - everything you need for cooking is there. Sveta Marina is a very quiet place and you can relax well here. We would happily come back.

This very well-developed holiday home is located directly on the crystal clear waters and offers beautiful views from the terrace. (See pictures of the description). What you need on vacation is available. (shaded barbecue area, large fridge-freezer, garden furniture...) To find the accommodation you need the help of Tomislav, as the access directly to the house is blocked by a barrier. Timoslav and his wife are very relaxed hosts who are always responsive and helpful. Behind and next to the house is nature. (This is a shortened version, as unfortunately my original draft could not be sent with 1000 drawings)

Stefano's accommodation is in the heart of Beli. You have a view of the green valley, a fig tree and pomegranate bushes and the blue sea from the balcony. It is wonderfully quiet, with only a small footpath leading past the apartment. The furnishings are good, everything you need is there. We felt very comfortable and enjoyed our days in Beli to the fullest!

We had a great stay at Tea’s apartment. Everything was immaculate. The apartment was perfectly placed for the city- could walk to everything easily. Apartment well equipped with everything you need/. We enjoyed the sunsets on the balcony. Communication was brilliant- lots of recommendations for places to eat/things to see. Would definitely return.

This is the most wonderful place, Davorka and Miki are friendly, helpful hosts. The balcony is so peaceful and the apartment is much bigger than we expected. Davorka was so welcoming and was very flexible with check in and out times. She did everything to help us. You can walk to the beach in 5 minutes, the water is so clean! We had a fantastic time, thank you so much Davorka and Miki.

We had an absolutely perfectly relaxing vacation. The place is like it looks in the pictures, I’d say even better. You really only need to take some stairs down to the sea and can take a swim whenever you want. You can also get there by Bus perfectly easy and when our train broke down and didn’t work anymore on our way there, they were kind enough to pick us up 25 minutes away from there home, where we were greeted with a lot of friendliness and care, yet we always had our privacy. You’re located in the middle between Rijeka and beautiful Opatja and we really loved it. I’d go back any time and can recommend staying here very highly!

We absolutely loved our stay! The location is amazing – right by the sea with stunning sunset views. The beach in front of the villa is clean and beautiful, and the water is crystal clear. There are nice restaurants within walking distance, and it’s super easy to explore the whole island of Krk and even visit the nearby Risnjak National Park. Mirjana was so kind and always quick to help whenever we had a question. We’d love to come back one day. Thanks so much!

As the host mentioned, the apartment is on the 5th floor without elevator. But other than forced exercise every day, it’s a great place with an ocean view and great location with easy access to restaurants, local farmers markets, city center and parking lot. Excellent place.

Vesna & Cedo really offer a gem here! The apartment is really spotlessly clean, lovingly furnished and extremely high quality! The bedrooms and the living room offer separate air conditioning in addition to the fantastic view. From the balcony, we could see a dolphin. The small romantic bay, which can be reached in a few steps, is unique. The port town of Sveti Juraj is also beautiful and you can really eat fabulously well! But we would especially like to emphasize the hosts Vesna and Cedo! We have never experienced such honest kindness! These two radiate so much love and warmth! Besides, they are so attentive and we can't put into words how grateful we are to have met these two! We would always come back and recommend this place from the heart!!! It doesn't get any better than that!

It was really nice to meet not just the host, but her whole family. After three days it felt like we know each other for years. Place itself is in the top location, it very peacefull and it has all U need.
