Private parking & shared shower and shed w supplied beach chairs. Easy walk to area restaurants & IGA Grocery’s (prided by the locals as best butcher around) & 24 hour pier fishing.

The Seahorse Cottage. Built in 2022

Come stay at the Seahorse Cottage built specifically to be a vacation rental. It has a spacious open kitchen, living room, laundry room, and master king suite on the main floor, and two queen bedrooms, a full bath, and open desk/workspace upstairs. Located in the heart of Swansboro, NC, it’s just a short walk to downtown and to the Inter Coastal Waterway (ICW). The cottage has a detached two car garage and two covered porches on the front and back. It is pet-friendly with a fenced in backyard.

Charming 2 Bed, 1 Bath, 2nd row beach house less than a minute walk to beach access. Enjoy the sounds of waves relaxing on the front patio or at our gas fire pit. Required non-refundable pet fee for our dog-friendly accommodations w/direct access to our fenced back yard (fee is based upon # of pets & length of stay). Saturday - Saturday rentals during prime season (Memorial Day Wk- End thru Labor Day Wk-End). No monthly discounts during summer prime. Bed/Bath linens additional fee ($75) or BYOL

Our space also includes a spacious fenced in yard and lovely patio. The cottage is nestled in Vista Cay Village. We are centrally located near Emerald Isle, Hammocks Beach State Park, Camp Lejeune, Croatan National Forest, and historic downtown Swansboro. Lastly, we are a veteran owned and operated business. This home is tucked away down a gravel cul-de-sac road. It provides a quiet and serine atmosphere that allows the stress of daily life to just melts away. The owner/operator is a chef and former manager of a five star lodging facility in Italy.

This home is less than ten miles from North Topsail Beach; five miles from Camp Lejeune; twenty-two miles from Jacksonville, NC; and twenty-six miles from Onslow Memorial Hospital (for any traveling nurses!). The Riverview Cafe and a public boat ramp are both within walking distance.

This 950-square-foot retreat offers tranquility in a secluded setting while still being close to Western Blvd. Nearby amenities include restaurants, grocery stores, a movie theater, mall, and Walmart, making it an ideal spot for those visiting cities surrounding onslow county.
