Very private location, backs up to a large wooded area, lots of space to spread out, walk, grill, have a nice fire in the fire pit… love the neighborhood very quiet at night and private in the day. The house is great, good floor plan for a medium to large sized family. Felt right at home with everything. Would stay here again!

Great stay! Beautiful beaches and perfect location for a beach vacation. North topsail is within driving distance of Surf City where there are lots of restaurants and things to do, but still remote for a quiet getaway!

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at LunaSea with our two young kids. The kitchen was incredibly well-appointed, a definite plus for anyone who enjoys cooking on vacation. The place was immaculately clean, and Sandi provided excellent recommendations for nearby activities, ice cream, and dining. Despite being set back from the main house, the rental offers a gorgeous ocean view for enjoying coffee on the porch and an easy walk to the water. Our daily beach walks resulted in many impressive shark teeth finds! Sandi and Tom were outstanding hosts—so kind and welcoming. They made us feel completely at home and ensured we had everything we needed.

My family and I were going to visit my 94 yr. old father and wanted to stay nearby. This property was great. It was only a 10-minute drive to my dad, and it was exactly as described in the photos and property description. The host was very attentive and extremely considerate. Because we were doing a long road trip, he was very flexible about the check in time. I would definitely use this property again. Thank you Evolve!

Our family enjoyed our stay so much! The view was STUNNING and the room was clean and so neat! Being so close to the beach was absolutely perfect!!! We had plenty of room for our family of four and we plan on coming back and staying here again! It truly was an amazing vacation and we were so thankful for our home away from home :)

I read a lot of bad reviews and decided to give this place a try and let me say all the reviews are very off. The place was in good condition and clean. It was out dated but otherwise I truly enjoyed my stay and would stay again! I was comfortable with my one year old crawling around on the floors and that’s a huge deal to me! Definitely recommend this place especially for families!

Great location with nice views. The condo was very nice with a very comfy master bed. If you want to stay in a more remote area of the Carolina coast, this place fits the bill. One friendly reminder... bring your own hand soap, dishwasher pods, and dish detergent. Listing says that linens are not included but we did have a big bag of linens including bedding and towels so that was nice even though we brought our own. We REALLY enjoyed sitting on the deck overlooking the ocean.

Wonderful Fall beach trip. The condo was comfortable, nicely decorated and the view was amazing! We loved sitting in the elevated chairs on the balcony. So relaxing!
