Pet-friendly vacation rentals in Ometepe

The place was comfortable, as described, and Sofia was a great communicator. The women that work with her were lovely and gracious. Everything was great and walking distance to the main stores and restaurants in moyogalpa. I’d stay here again if I was coming back to omentepe.

He was a great host, helping us very effectively despite the short time we made the arrangements. The house is impeccable, very comfortable and spacious. The location is excellent. And all communications with great efficiency and a permanent smile.

The stay was perfect. We were welcomed at Mulberry's as if we were at home. Her family helped us on a daily basis and were there as soon as we had questions despite our poor level in Spanish. We managed to do everything on foot, by bus or taxi from the house. The kids loved the animals around the house. We'll be happy to go back.

There is a match between price and quality. Don Mario, the father of Achilles was anuente to evacuate inquiries and give guidance. The theme of water is complex in Altagracia and not exclusive of the lodging, so make an awareness not to waste water. Don Mario very subtly put us up to speed and on our end, to watch for the saving of the liquid. The hammocks, we take advantage of them.

We enjoyed Danilo's stay at home, very comfortable and spacious. Danilo, excellent host, and a super guide. We'll be back soon!

Really enjoyed the space especially the scenic view of the upper floor and the rustic vibe of the kitchen. Julie was also a fantastic host who was super kind and responsive. We felt very welcomed in this place and any dramas we had were sorted out immediately!

Luis was very efficient with the check in. He even organized a scooter for me from Green Expeditions which was delivered to me in 20 minutes. Luis gave lots of great suggestions of places to visit on the island. The garden is very tranquil with hammocks and a great swimming pool.

A very nice stay in a rustic location. A good value. Pictures are accurate. Host was extremely nice and welcoming.

Patrick was extremely helpful especially as we booked so last minute. He even offered to pick us up from the bus stop. We felt completely at home in the space. Incredible value for money. The actual space you stay in is really peaceful and the sunset is amazing. We ended up extending our stay. Would highly reccomend and would definitely stay again!

We loved our stay at Alvaro (Che’s place)! It was a really cool bamboo treehouse in the jungle and it was exactly what we wanted. It is a treehouse in the jungle however so if open warm air, some lizards and a few bugs bother you, it might not be for you, but for us it was all part of the experience (there is a bug net over the bed so we slept without being bothered by anything!). The little kitchen had everything we needed, and the bathroom was also great! Very comfy big bed also, and Che was so helpful and responsive, and gave us so much advice about how to get there (including getting us in touch with an ATV hire to make it all so seamless for us!). He built these cabins and was so passionate and excited to show us around the property and help us harvest some herbs and spices from the gardens. Great location (I would definitely hire an ATV or motorbike if you are coming to Ometepe to make it all accessible). Highly recommend this beautiful treehouse!

What a great unique place to stay. Staff is helpful and informative. Mostly convenient located to a lot of attractions. Would stay here again.

An incredibly well-curated experience for enthusiasts of cloud forest nature, volcano views, and phenomenal food. The hosts and all staff were always kind, courteous, and helpful. The property is magical, extending from the road up to Finca Magdalena's rainforest reserve: you can hike up to Volcano Maderas starting right at Selvista's restaurant, Zapote. We appreciated the help with ATV rentals and loved the vegetarian option of Zapotes's set price menu to round off our last evening. Would stay there again 💯

Wilber and Lesbia were wonderful hosts and their place was absolutely beautiful. It was clean despite it being quite rustic. We had many animals and bugs come through and it was a very fun experience. The private beach and access to the lake was incredible and the homemade breakfasts are highly recommended.

Amazing place to spend a few days on ometepe island. The hosts were really helpful with setting us up with a bike and organising our conception volcano hike. The sunsets over the water at the end of the day are the best!

You will have the most special stay here. It’s a great location and just overall a cozy spot on the lake. Don’t hesitate to book!

Very good, nice location in Balgue

We had a brilliant stay in our cabin! The garden setting is beautifully maintained, peaceful and full of wildlife. We spent an afternoon just relaxing in the garden hammocks and it was so lovely. It’s an easy walk to several great restaurants, but you still feel like you’re in a quiet, hidden spot. The cabin is very well built and comfortable, with everything you need for a longer stay. Che was a warm, welcoming host who was always very quick to respond with suggestions or help if we needed them. He is a kind and honest person. I would definitely come back and stay here again!
