Vacation rentals in Nicaragua

We were delighted with this place and its views, in addition to being a very nice villa, the beds are super comfortable, and I would like to point out that everything is very clean. We were very satisfied with this stay, and I would seriously recommend it to 💯😌✅

The house is perfect to get away from the city and connect with nature and mainly with the peace that the sea transmits. A very private and safe residence. Our expectations were totally exceeded! The house is very complete and that makes the stay even easier.

Elias has an amazing place, beautiful view and a cozy place to stay, very recommended.

Gary and Lisa made us welcome and really looked out for us. They have a lovely space in a spectacular location.

Paul’s place was so lovely & spacious for us, we absolutely loved the open kitchen/lounge and balcony views. Everything very clean! Beds were SO comfortable, we had great nights sleeping there. The pool was also lovely & we were the only ones using it. It’s about 10-15 mins walk to town and easy to get cheap taxi’s back. Theres a small shop nearby for essentials. The only tiny downside was the WiFi was quite intermittent at times with all 4 of us using it, but this is to be expected in Nicaragua & we weren’t that bothered! Lovely stay and would love to stay again in the future!

I absolutely loved my stay here! Tord & Sylvia were welcoming, communicative, and friendly. The place is stunning and peaceful. I love how you can enjoy the beach views from the porch, as well as take in the sunrise. From the pizza/BBQ area you can watch the sunset. I felt very safe here and was grateful for the organic veggies/fruit. Tord and Sylvia even gave me fresh fruits when they were ready, so nice! It was memorable and perfect; I cannot recommend Finca Valhall enough.

Amazing beach house! This was my second time renting, and it’s always clean, cozy, and comfortable. The views are absolutely stunning, and Robert is super friendly and responsive. Would definitely stay here again!

I had a wonderful stay on Little Corn Island! David was incredibly responsive and welcoming—he picked me up at the dock, showed me around, and made everything feel easy from the start. The place itself was beautiful, with stunning views at both sunrise and sunset. It was comfortable, close to everything, and had a warm, friendly atmosphere. I didn’t mind the noise because as a solo traveler, I really appreciated feeling surrounded by good energy and company. Overall, I felt very well taken care of and would definitely recommend staying here!

I booked this place for 2 nights for my wife and family (8 guests) We had a great time , it rained the first day but there is space on the property to relax and stay dry. Helpful and friendly staff and a really nice Place to stay with guests. Would recommend.

We had a great time staying at Leandro’s home for three nights. He offered many local suggestions of things to do and was always responsive. The ocean view is amazing and the kitchen is very well stocked (spices, sauces, appliances). The decor is very cool with a surfer vibe. We had great family dinners with local seafood from down the street. A rental vehicle would be ideal for this location. The TVs and fans upstairs didn’t work but I’m sure the host will resolve this. AC in the bedroom was a must and kept us cool overnight - we slept comfortably. The ocean view is breathtaking from the bedroom or downstairs, ocean front at its best! Overall a great vacation home ideal for children and families (lots of children’s books, puzzles, games) or a couple wanting some rest and relaxation. Leandro also set up an extra bed for our son which was greatly appreciated!

Two days wasn’t nearly enough. This place is by far my favourite Airbnb I’ve stayed at. The house is thoughtfully designed and outfitted, cozy in terms of decor but so spacious and comes with literally everything you could need. The dogs on the property are so sweet! The horses are beautiful and well kept and the property is honestly stunning. Seriously…no notes. I can’t wait to book again for longer. Thank you!

This place was even better in person! We really enjoyed our time there. The view over the town and ocean is absolutely beautiful, and the infinity pool made it even better! — we spent a lot The casita was ideal for our daughter, brother in law, & mother — it gave them their own space while still being close by. The kitchen had everything we needed and more! We really appreciated the basic spices, oil, coffee, sugar, etc. that were provided. Cheryl was helpful with arrival instructions & recommendations for the best happy hour & nicest beach with hammocks. The location is the best we have found so far! We won’t hesitate to return.

Can't say enough about Casa Margarita. It was a wonderful trip, made even better by a communicative, helpful, engaged owner. I'm hesitant to write such a glowing review because I want it to be available when I return to Guasacate next year! It would be a fool's errand to try to encompass my thoughts, as I'd leave something important out, but it's a safe bet that you'll enjoy your stay at Casa Margarita. I'll certainly be back soon.

Absolutely amazing! Listing is exactly as shown and described. Be sure to read the description so you are prepared. We love the off grid living so this was right up our alley. Will definitely be back not only to enjoy The space, but to see what Josephine and her husband have built. Make sure to bring food and drink to store in the fridge and lighting to navigate the dome. Typical quiet nights for being nature. You do hear the cicadas and the occasional dog gathering but nothing disruptive. Very close to restaurants and activities, but we recommend the 4 x 4 - we found it easy to get around on the quad. (The hill up to the dome is very steep!) Lots of wildlife to see. We saw parrots capybaras and other birds local to the area. We even got to enjoy some of the pasteurized milk that they offer on site, from their beautiful cows. Definitely recommend indulging in Josephine‘s products. As I said we will be back!
