My boyfriend and I absolutely loved this place!! The home is beyond beautiful and we enjoyed having two floors and access to anything we needed. The location is the shortest walk to the beach with gorgeous views and surf lessons in close proximity. We would stay here again!!

This was my second stay in this house. Herling and Edison are very good hosts. There is just about everything you could need in the home. It is very well appointed and supplied. Herling is very responsive if there is ever any need to reach out to her. The house is very secure and there is so much stuff within a short walking distance. This is a great find and offers much that other places do not. Should the need arise I will certainly stay here again. Reach out to the hosts and enjoy a nice stay.

Such a beautiful place, love the house layout and the views are awesome… Very comfortable place with everything you might need for your stay. Rudy and Alex (Rudy’s place caretaker) are very kind and friendly people, always eager to make your stay the best they can.

Jeffrey is a great host, He's super helpful and communicative. He make sure you have everything you need for a comfortable stay. I had a good time starting at his place. The place is the newest one, it's clean, comfortable and pretty quiet. Especially for me, I want to get away from the noisy and busy life. Thank Jeffrey, thanks the sweet cake for my birthday.

Highly recommended place. Located in Private Residential; which made us feel very safe and comfortable. The house is very clean, tidy and with everything you need to make our stay pleasant. Constant water, full kitchen, air conditioners in rooms, spacious rooms; The location of the house is easy to access, 2 private parking lots useful for those of us traveling. The complex has a very nice pisicna for the kids and adults. Don Oscar was very nice and attentive to the topics we were asking him during our stay; We'll definitely be back.

Great location. Gated community with security. Beautiful neighborhood. Michael's place was nice and clean with a huge patio area. AC, Netflix, bottled water, clean towels and sheets. we didn't cook, as we stayed for only 1 night, but had a chance to microwave a couple of things. Overall happy with what we got for the price. We had an EXCELLENT experience in this house. The staff who received us were extremely friendly and the house was extremely clean. Extremely attentive and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I would go back many times with my whole family!

Definitely one of the best Airbnbs we've stayed at in San Juan Del Sur! The host was great, always attentive to us, giving us directions and making our stay more peaceful. If we had any questions or concerns, Jimmi answered almost immediately! The apartment is super elegant, comfortable. A spectacle to see the sunset from the bathtub that is at the highest point, the view of the bay from there was amazing. We will definitely visit this place again very soon.

Excellent accommodation, ideal for traveling with the family. The attention of the staff in charge is very good and they are always attentive to help. We recommend it!

Hacienda Iguana is a great destination for surf vacationers. World-class waves are within walking distance. Air conditioners that could make ice cubes. A great reprieve from the tropical jungle heat. Local shops and restaurants with friendly staff. Anything you need you can rent or buy. Private and quiet. Monkeys in the trees. Iguanas crossing the roads. Thunderstorms create an amazing light show at night. 18-hole golf course on location if the waves die down. Victor and his helpers are great communicators and can offer suggestions for first-time visitors. As with most developing nations, there can be unexpected power outages. Fortunately, the place has backup power that can last for hours.

A very comfortable, pleasant house, everything was in good condition, it had a beautiful view, I would definitely return, both the host and the person who welcomed us were very kind at all times.

We loved the service, friendly staff and everything is very clean, the house is equipped with everything and is super comfortable.

We had a great time at Villa Lorito!! Some drawbacks included: The kitchen had some functionality issues, but we were still able to cook without much trouble. I’m confident this is something that can be quickly addressed. Additionally, while parking was available, it was not directly at the property but within walking distance. Though manageable, it felt a bit far, especially when carrying luggage or groceries. Overall, our stay was enjoyable, and we appreciated the villa's charm and amenities.

We had such a wonderful two-week stay at the Mermaid House! The home is quiet, spacious, and perfectly located right on the path—so we got to say hello to friendly passersby every day. The view of the ocean and the sunsets is absolutely stunning. Mai-Lynn was warm and welcoming, and she made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We’ll definitely be back and highly recommend this place to others!
