Hotel vacation rentals in Ometepe

Great place if you're looking to stay directly by the lake! The houses are basic, but it works! I enjoyed most being close to the lake and going for a morning swim. Both nights there was quite loud music till late (and we like to sleep early), which could have been an exception... Fernando and the other staff are very friendly and welcoming. For a shorter stay I would def recommend.

This stay was special in exactly the way we thought it would be. You’re sleeping right in the middle of the jungle, but protected with a net on the bed. You can hear all sorts of animals throughout the night and day which enhances your experience. The restaurant on the grounds is magnificent and has amazing food. Our host Megan was so supportive and proactive with our constant change in travel plans. She also helped setting up a guide to hike the volcano as well as took care of our ferry tickets to come in (we did ourselves for the way back due to last minute changes and it was a huge pain) Overall, if you’re looking to be immersed in nature on an island with several good restaurants and plenty of things to do. This stay is perfectly located for that and offers great value for the price.

I was looking for a retreat style place with connection to nature. I got more than I expected! Waking up to birds on my balcony, sun peaking over the trees and through the clouds of the volcano. All without losing the luxuries of modern villa! I loved the space! Definitely a place to return to and bring friends!

A wonderful location with a fantastic view of the volcano. Nolver, who is one of the managers on site, was extremely helpful and efficient. We found a great restaurant within easy walking distance - but take a torch!! A very special place.

We enjoyed our stay, felt like home. Breakfast was great. The pool is awesome. Love the friendly dogs in the property. There were a few inconvenients that were well covered by the manager.

As soon as we arrived Guillermo and his employees were very welcoming. Breakfast is included, we had the pool to ourselves during our stay. A little far from the tourist attractions but just rent a motorbike or a quad bike and that's great. The only downside was the water pressure in the shower that wasn't enough. We were very well served! That was great.

Stunning views and gorgeous set up of restaurant and pool area. Pool is smaller than the pictures but still really lovely. The included breakfast was good. Dinner menu is somewhat limited and nice but not amazing. Our cabin was great very tidy and massive bed. No hot water in the shower although we didn’t try and get that fixed so maybe our fault.

What an amazing place. From the sounds of the rainforest to the unique lodge, Totoco is definitely a must stay. The included breakfast was delicious and the dinner was a blend of traditional Nicaraguan cuisine filled with nutritional goodness. My 3yr old learned to swim in the pool overlooking the volcano and the proximity to places like El Pital chocolataria and Olo de Agua made my families stay absolutely serene. We will definitely return and highly recommend.

Totoco is a beautiful place, our casita was great, the lodge facilities fantastic, views amazing and staff very friendly. Booking wasn’t straight forward as it‘s listed on several platforms and calendar is not synced, but they trying their best being a very popular place. We‘d love to come back!

good price a little difficult to find but it's that my Spanish is not very good so the instructions are not very clear otherwise I booked last minute and I was received like a king

A quick couple nights before my vacation ended and it was perfect. Directions were great since it’s off the main road and upon arrival did not disappoint. Amazing views with awesome landscape. This 1 bedroom is very spacious and comfortable. Very recommended for a relaxing chill place to stay in style with that upper class feel. Only thing to know is there’s no A/C, but it’s okay since the winds are strong each day/night and there’s a couple fans before the morning gets in the upper 70’s.

The island of Ometepe is absolutely magical and the nature with the two volcanoes is fantastically beautiful. The location of the El Natural accommodation is unique and makes you dream with wonderful views of the lake and the Maderas volcano. The view of the morning sunrise is gigantic and swimming in the lake is also a highlight. Cute Capuchin monkeys can be seen opposite the property. Calia and Aaron are kind-hearted people and wonderful hosts. I immediately felt very comfortable and also appreciated the exchange and the time with both of them very much. The lovingly furnished accommodation has everything you need and invites you to linger and enjoy. Calia is a top-notch cook. The food is a poem, just fantastic. Your smoothies are super delicious. Conclusion: I will definitely come back to Ometepe and look forward to booking with Calia again. Thanks again for everything, Calia and Aaron. See you soon, hopefully. Let me start by saying that Raúl is an excellent host. The location is prime and only a few minutes walk from shops and restaurants. The place looks brand new and has cable, wifi, and very nice furniture. It also has AC. I will be staying there from now on when i come to Rivas.
