Walk to restaurants in Hillcrest, Little Italy, and Old Town. Balboa Park (Zoo!) and Downtown's food and nightlife are minutes away. Bring the dog!....up to 35 lbs :)

Bright Spacious Studio in Pt Loma, near beaches

This is a beautiful private Suite with full bathroom, 480 sq ft.+ SUPER CLEAN w/separate entrance. Like a studio apartment w/a small refrigerator, microwave & coffee maker. In a very exclusive neighborhood in Pt Loma, close to everything w/Liberty Station on 1 side (5 min walk) & Ocean Beach on the other side of the pennisula (2.5 mi). The Suite is on the back side of our home (connected but separate) with easy/free street parking. Last minute bookings are welcome! Easy Check in -late night too!

Highlights: -stylish and spacious with tall ceilings, 1550sqft -great for large families or small gatherings -free onsite parking (2 spaces) -directly in the middle of Old Town Once you've experienced Old Town, the trolley station is a six minute walk away to explore the rest of San Diego. This house is central and minutes away to beach, zoo, balboa park, downtown, sea world, airport, and more!

Brand new bathrooms! In this updated space you will enjoy a spacious 3 bedrooms and 3 baths on the private level of a hillside home. A separate entrance, private deck, sunset views await. Private single level guest apartment (1,500 sq ft.) at the bottom of our family home. Bottom level overlooks a hill with unparalleled views of San Diego Bay, Point Loma, Old Town, etc. and includes a private deck. Guests access home via set of 12 stairs next to garage. Well lit staircase with sturdy railing.

This quaint bungalow sits in a prime location of Hillcrest, a highly desirable area in San Diego. It is very quiet and private and sits directly behind our house(pictured) with a beautifully landscaped brick courtyard. You are within walking distance to "The Heart of Hillcrest" where you will discover many fabulous restaurants, coffee and boutique shops, and so much more. We are a short Uber drive to downtown and everywhere else San Diego has to offer. We hope you stay with us soon!

Best Location!!! Walk to all! Take the trolley, Uber! & Free gated one space parking. Please read the reviews! You'll love it too! It's Central & well furnished & a fully equipped kitchen. The Casita is a roomy, bright & comfortable duplex with a large lighted private patio/BBQ & free parking. Transit Center is a 6 minute walk, where you can pickup the city MTS trolley, or trains.
