Best Location!!! Walk to all! Take the trolley, Uber! & optional -one parking space. Please read the reviews! You'll love it too! It's Central & well furnished & a fully equipped kitchen. The Casita is a roomy, bright & comfortable duplex with a large lighted private patio/BBQ & free parking. Transit Center is a 6 minute walk, where you can pickup the city MTS trolley, or trains. Historic Julia Wilson House in Central Location!

One bedroom, one bath private downstairs apartment in a two unit home with a private entrance with designated parking! The bedroom has a queen bed and there is a giant couch that pulls out into a bed that is similar to a queen bed. Large dining table converts to a ping pong/pool table! Stocked kitchen There is a small back patio. The home is right in the thick of it in University Heights. Expect a lot of foot traffic, yummy smells from the ice cream store next door!
