Condo vacation rentals in Okaloosa Island

We absolutely loved Jill’s place. The area is perfect for a more laid back experience and no over crowding on the beach. Tons of restaurants and activities to do with just a short drive. The view is to die for! The pool was great. We didn’t spend much time in the ocean due to the Algae and seaweed, but enjoyed laying on the beach. So that was a great alternative. Only issue that came up was that the washer and dryer died before we arrived and wasn’t able to be replaced until our trip was over. That’s the only inconvenience and that’s a very minor issue to have when staying in paradise. Jill was very quick to respond with any question we had, so that was appreciated. Overall we had the best family vacation, made so many great memories and the place is perfect for a more laid back experience of the beach! I would totally stay here again. Thank you Jill for letting us enjoy your little piece of heaven on earth!

My family had the BEST stay on vacay at this condo. The amenities are fantastic and the condo itself is beautiful. The beds were sooooo comfortable! I have a bad back and it was wonderful and we slept so well! The condo is awesome location able to see the ocean out front, to the side and can also see the pool too from the balcony. The elevator is literally right outside the door which is so convenient. The room had chairs and some sand toys too. Loved that we could also utilize the two nice chairs and umbrella on the beach (just stand in line in the morning to give them your name and room number and they have them set up for you). Amazing restaurants just a short walk on the beach to the Crab Trap. SnowCones right on the beach as well in the second striped hut. The pool is open until 11 and is the perfect temperature. Loved walking over the street to go to the lazy river and other amenities too. W LOVE it here, it’s our second time! Bill was an amazing host and responded super fast!

We had a wonderful time staying here! The view of the ocean was amazing, it was easy to get to the beach, and the pool was great. The unit was very clean and had everything we needed. Had a wonderful week here with my teenager for spring break. We met up with friends in town and the kids enjoyed using the pool and spa or just heading down to the beach. We really appreciated the reasonable hours for the amenities (we've stayed at some resorts where everything closes too early). Ft. Walton Beach isn't very pedestrian-friendly but this area had restaurants and shops for teenagers to walk to. I took a nap on the balcony every day and loved seeing the bay from my bed in the morning. We ordered pizza and had no trouble getting delivery to our door. I used the gym a couple times--it's small, but well-equipped. Plentiful parking in the garage. Overall, just a convenient, lovely place to stay.

Don’t look anywhere else… book this place! Suzy is very kind and responsive to any questions we had. The condo is right on the beach, literally right by the boardwalk. We loved staying here with our young kiddos. Will definitely we back! Oh and very close to Stewby’s, our favorite restaurant for fresh seafood!

Had an amazing time as always when I stay here

Li was a fantastic host. She allowed us to check in as soon as the cleaners were finished. We had issues with the refrigerator and she found a technician within hours. She is also very responsive. Her place is very clean and exactly like the pictures. It is in a great location on the property. Very close to the pool entrance which is very handy when you have your beach and pool things! We have stayed in multiple condos in waterscape and this was our favorite.

Very impressed with how clean the condo was. We had a dryer issue, & while not resolved during the stay, Marci was very responsive & helpful & sent people to try to fix it. Would absolutely stay here again!

Bonnie’s condo was the perfect home base for our beach week! It was super clean, very comfortable, and had everything we needed—from a well-stocked kitchen with a Keurig to beach gear that made our days in the sun even easier. The location couldn’t be better—just a short walk to the boardwalk with great beachside restaurants and shops. Bonnie was a wonderful host. Her directions were clear, she let us know she was available if we needed anything, and even gave us a backup contact just in case. We didn’t end up needing to reach out, but it was great knowing she had us covered. My family really felt like she genuinely cared about our experience—and we had a fantastic time! All in all, we’d absolutely stay here again. Thanks, Bonnie, for helping make our trip so special!

The place was nice! It was within walking distance to a lot of restaurants. Access to the pools was nice. The hosts were super nice and very responsive! We would definitely stay again.

We had the BEST time while staying here! We had our 8, 6 and 4 year old and it was perfect for them! The beach toys and chairs were a great plus! Second year staying at the surf dweller and we will be back again next year! The kitchen had everything you could possibly need and we loved the open floor concept. The balcony was large with plenty of furniture for our family of 5! We will most definitely be back to Dawns place! 🤍

Wonderful place for a family beach vacation! The kitchen is stocked well if you want to cook all or part of your meals. Full washer and dryer work well and are very handy with a kid and beach towels! Lovely to look out every day at the beach. Cheryl called maintenance immediately when we reported the hot tub was more like a warm tub. Maintenance was on it, and it was fixed promptly. Her recommendations for restaurants in the area were all excellent. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Location, location, location. This unit at the Palms was an excellent location. Waking up each morning to the sound of waves was awesome and the beautiful views from the balcony. Having a private beach area to relax and of course having the 2 chairs and umbrella set up each day was an additional great benefit. The apartment was clean and had a well-equipped kitchen with everything we needed for a comfortable stay to include washer and dryer. The host was extremely friendly and very responsive, and we were able to coordinate arriving a few hours earlier. This is a great escape for anyone looking for a beachfront vacation.

We loved the condo, with it's beachy furnishings and it was so clean! We especially loved how close it was to the beach, right outside the door, so we were able to sit and listen to the ocean from the balcony each evening. Fort Walton is definitely quieter than Destin but, of course, has less restaurant choices. Luckily Destin is a short drive. The construction on the bridge was a bit annoying to deal with getting to and from Destin. I was hoping the constitution on the condo next door wouldn't be loud and luckily is wasn't . They didnt start super early and the waves drowned out the noise from the beach. Currently there seems to be A LOT of seaweed but that also can't be helped. The actual condo was amazing! And April was quick to communicate with us when we had trouble with the sliding glass door and it was immediately resolved. Our family had a fantastic time!

I was on a girls trip visiting Fort Walton/Destin which lasted about 5 days and we stayed here, it was a wonderful spot! We loved how we were in walking distance to the beach! The pool was very nice and a relaxing place to wind down at the end of our event packed days! This home was very comfortable and it provided everything we needed including beach supplies! Bill and Lisa are amazing hosts, they were very responsive! I recall a day where my group and I were wondering how we were going to get all of our things down to the beach without a struggle, I contacted the hosts to ask if they had a wagon and then less than 10 minutes later, it was by the front door for us to use! That really made our day and we appreciate how kind and helpful they were to us! This was my first visit to this part of Florida and I recommend this home to anyone! I can’t wait to come back one day!

Such a great place! This was our 2nd time to stay at Kyle & Victoriia’s place. It’s super clean, spacious, and a convenient walk to the beach. Kyle & Vicktoriia always respond promptly and even saved the day by immediately brining us another Keurig when the one there wouldn’t work. That meant a lot to this coffee drinking family! We also love the backyard space for our dog- makes it so much easier! It’s also within walking distance to Stewby’s and Fubar Pizza- two of our favorite places to eat. I know we’ll be staying here again!

Being that this is my first Airbnb I’d say this was a very good experience. The location was great in the space was so pretty. The view from the room was amazing. I mostly enjoyed being able to watch the sunset and sunrise from the balcony. The included amenities really put this place over the top for me!

We really enjoyed our stay at Jeff and Monica’s place. The home was clean, cozy, and had all the supplies we needed. The location is perfect, close to all the main attractions, which made exploring super easy. The hosts were also very responsive and helpful, which we really appreciated. Just a small note for light sleepers, there was occasional noise from the upstairs neighbor, so bringing a noise machine might be a good idea. Overall, a very comfortable and pleasant stay. Breanna was an amazing host and her place was cute and had everything we expected plus some. She had board games, a fishing pole and boogie boards. The kitchen was fully equipped and she even dropped off something that was asked about. Right on the water, pool was cute and you can swim while looking at the water! We had an issue of something that was a change in rules in the condos but Breanna responded fast and fixed the issue with ease to ensure the rest of our stay was amazing. I live in FL but if I decide to visit Destin again, we'll def be back!! Close to crab island and other must sees in destin yet doesnt have the crazy high price tag! You wont be disappointed with this air bnb! Thank you Breanna!!
