Numerous shopping and dining options, a train station, a bus stop and bike rental are within walking distance of the apartment. The underground parking space can only be used by very small Cars drive on (duplex parking space; see 'Guest access').

Bus connection right at the end of the street. Bus connection to the Ofterschwang ski resort at 7:55 am.

Contemporary and high-quality furnished apartment on 2 floors with about 115 m² of living space, spread over 3 bedrooms, a living room, dining room, 2 kitchens and 2 bathrooms. The apartment is designed for occupancy by 6 adults. We have additional sleeping places (sofa bed, baby bed, travel bed) on request. Terraces with dining table and seating area are available. Our house is located in Ofterschwang directly at the lift (summer and winter operation).

Our 19 square meter guest room above the garage with separate entrance, two single beds, mini sofa and separate bathroom with shower and toilet is rented. In the room there is a refrigerator, kettle, coffee pad machine, microwave, smart TV and Wi-Fi. Skis, sleds, bicycles, etc. can be safely parked in the basement. A parking space in the courtyard is reserved for you. Bed linen, blankets, towels and breakfast dishes as well as tea/coffee are provided.
