The Homosassa River offers World class inshore or awesome offshore fishing. Or fish right from the docks for redfish, snook or the occasional tarpon. We have two docks, one directly on the Homosassa River and one on the back lagoon. Manatee, porpoise and river otters are frequent visitors. We share some of the best scallop grounds with Crystal River.

Boater's Paradise. No Hurricane Damage

Had minor flood damage to the garage and pool. Already cleaned up. Beautiful, New Waterfront, 4/3 pool home. Pull your boat right up to our dock and enjoy. Beautiful oversized new pool. Upper deck is perfect for relaxing and watching the dolphins and manatees come in to play. Along with a new house comes all new furniture, appliances, bedding, etc. Easy access to the Gulf of Mexico, right around the bend. Explore all the channels with our kayaks. Fishing poles & supplies.
