Charming one full bedroom/full bathroom in the center of my triplex beautifully decorated. We own the whole street and built 8 beautiful homes on it. Kitchen has full sink, refrigerator, convection, no stove on this unit as it’s not allowed so we added a two burner electric top. No dishwasher is a basic unit for lesser than other two. Easy access to St. John’s River and our private boat ramp. Unit has all cooking utensils, towels & washer/dryer. Inquire prior to booking if bringing furry pets.

Gorgeous home in the National Forest. New Interior with cabin look and feel. Home has been updated with central air and heat, new water filtration system and softener, new furnishings, tile flooring, kitchen, and bathroom. Minutes from natural springs (Salt Springs Recreation Park) where you can swim. Activities in the area include canoeing, fishing, boating, hiking/walking trails, swimming, and much more.
