In the middle of the mountains near Oberstdorf with swimming pool and sauna, arrive and enjoy! You will stay in a nice and modern apartment with 35 m² of living space, private small kitchen, new bathroom and balcony on the second floor. The apartment complex with indoor pool and sauna in the house, ski and bicycle cellar, is very quiet and well maintained. Right in front of the house, the bus runs to the mountains. My place is good for couples with a child and solo adventurers. Fast Wi-Fi is free.

Our apartment in Wagneritz near Rettenberg is located in the middle of the beautiful Upper Allgäu, at the foot of the Grünten. 5 minutes to Immenstadt am Alpsee, 10 minutes to Sonthofen, 20 minutes to Oberstdorf. The apartment offers everything 2 people need for a nice, relaxing vacation. A separate entrance, a beautiful terrace, kitchen, bathroom, bed and a corner bench for nice hours. From the apartment you can walk directly to the Grünten (ski touring possible from the front door)

With fantastic views of the mountains, the day starts from the bed and ends relaxed on the cozy balcony, and if you want, also in the hanging swing. Im beheizten Hallenschwimmbad im Keller (25-27 °C) und der Sauna (2€ = 20min heizen) lässt sich nach einem Tag in den Bergen gut entspannen.

Let YOUR mind wander and treat yourself to a break from everyday life in our quietly located Berg-Zauber apartment. Enjoy a fantastic view of the mountain range of the fog and ruby horn. Our cozy apartment was completed in April 2022 after a renovation. Cycling and hiking trails start almost right outside the door, without the car having to be moved. Within walking distance there is a bakery and bus stops/ski bus. Breakfast service is available on site.

Marc and Heidi's apartment is super nice. It is very quiet and you have a wonderful view from the balcony. Even without a car, you can reach many destinations from here on foot or by train. The apartment itself was very well equipped and very clean. Communication was quick and nice. I'll be happy to come back.

A great place to stay that I can only recommend to everyone. We were three families with toddlers and there was always enough space for everyone. The balconies are ideally located so that you can sit outside at any time of day. The equipment is very high quality and the apartment was super clean. Only when loading and unloading, it is important to note that you are in a pedestrian zone, but this can be well planned, as there is plenty of parking nearby.

The location is nice and quiet, perfect for relaxing. We were also able to do a lot with our children. The swimming pool was a great change of pace. We are happy to recommend this place. Overall, we felt very comfortable. The apartment is beautiful, individual and fully furnished. Everything necessary - and more - is available. Everything looks new and not worn. We particularly liked the south-facing terrace. Communication was absolutely impeccable and the landlord always responded immediately. We can recommend this gem and would definitely stay there again. Thanks for the great stay!
