The surrounding area is particularly suitable for cross-country skiers and snow hikes. In summer, it is a paradise for mountain bikers, motorcyclists and for hikes in beautiful nature. A very special experience for young and old is the "Arena 47", the largest outdoor adventure park in Austria.

The property is located close to Längenfeld and Sölden on the hamlet of Burgstein (~1500 m above sea level). Here you will find a beautiful view over Längenfeld. In summer, Burgstein is the ideal starting point for cyclists, hikes, climbing and cycling tours. In winter, you can reach the surrounding ski areas in 20 minutes by car. The (ski) bus stop is 2.5 km away. In the main season, a taxi runs to the stop 2 times. Restaurants and shopping in Längenfeld/Huben.
