Das Haus wurde neu gebaut und befindet sich am Rande eines kleinen Waldes. Der Funpark ist fußläufig in 5mins erreichbar, Supermärkte erreicht man mit dem Auto in 5 mins.

Loft in a historic carriage workshop from 1910, completely renovated in 2025. The loft serves as a changing art gallery and exhibition space for collaborative works by Karl Zwieback and other participating artists. Artists can apply for joint projects, overnight stays are provided. The goal is to realize the most community work worldwide. Hufschmiede half-timbered house "Ludwig Suite"

Our apartments in the approximately 500-year-old half-timbered house were completed in July 2024 and are located in the beautiful old town of Zirndorf. In the old horse and carriage smithy, our delicatessen "Genuss Pur" with wine is on the first floor. On the upper floor are our four apartments Unfortunately, we are not barrier-free. The stairs are steep and the doors are low. If you are looking for SPECIAL accommodation, you are absolutely in the right place with us.

Suburb of Nuremberg approx. 50 m² large 2 room flat on the 2nd floor over 4 overnight places. The nearest S-Bahn station (Unterasbach) is approx. 3 min on foot, with connections to Nuremberg city centre (~10 min S-Bahn), airport (~25 min, S-Bahn, U-Bahn), trade fair (~26 min, S-Bahn, U-Bahn), Ansbach (~32 min, S-Bahn), Südwestpark (~5 min, S-Bahn).
