The distance to the Playmobil Funpark is approximately 1.9km. A bus stop is located at the height of the house, and an S-Bahn station is located in the nearest town ( 1,1 km ). In just 15 minutes you can take the S-Bahn to reach Nuremberg's main station and from there easily by metro the Messe Nürnberg.

Das Wohnzimmer hat ca. 25qm und bietet genug Raum zum relaxen oder auch für einen Spieleabend. Das Badezimmer hat eine Badewanne und ist erst vor kurzem so wie die Ganze Wohnung Kernsaniert worden.
