Monthly Rentals in Oaxaca

Just wanted to express my gratitude for our stay. My wife and I arrived in Oaxaca on a red-eye flight. Alberto and Shirley were VERY accommodating. They allowed us to check in early as our room was cleaned and ready the day before. We were able to check in around 7am, take a nap and head out to town. Then upon our departure, we flew out on a 9pm flight. Alberto, Shirley, and Marisol were able and willing to hold onto our luggage until 4pm, giving us some extra travel time without carrying our luggage. The room was clean and well furnished and the location was second to none. The private patio bathtub was also an amazing garnish to the room which worked well with the June weather.

Martha’s place was exactly as described! It’s located close to the center but far enough away to be peaceful and quiet at night. The location was very also very safe. The apartment was clean and cozy and had wonderful amenities. We enjoyed the patio and terrace. Martha was very responsive and helpful. I’d recommend this apartment and would stay here again in the future!

Charming, family-run Airbnb with lots of natural light — which made the space feel bright and welcoming during the day. Just a small note: the terrace door doesn’t have a curtain, so the morning light came in quite early and woke us up. The windows face the street, so you can hear some traffic during the day and early evening. We also heard some street vendors early in the morning, which might be something to keep in mind if you’re a light sleeper. Luckily Flor and Estefania provide their guests with earplugs in the bathroom which is fully equipped ! The apartment is about 20 minutes from the city center. While that’s not far, for shorter stays we’d probably recommend something a bit more central, as the heart of the city is quite compact and walkable. Flor and Estefania were absolutely lovely hosts — always responsive, helpful, and really kind. Highly recommend their flat !! Thank you both for your hospitality 🙏🏻

We loved staying at Rodrigos spot! comfortable accommodations. He left us earplugs and had streaming services we could use! Had water waiting for us which was much appreciated after a long trip and we hadn't gotten water yet. Rodrigo was so detailed and helpful and responsive and kind. Beautiful surroundings. Comfortable bed. AC. Hot water. Many lighting options for low light which we loved. Lots of closet and drawer space. Short walk to food stalls, restaurants and convenience stores. 20-30 min walk down hill to El Centro. If the windows are closed, it's releatively quiet compared to the city as a whole. There was also a surprise terrace which we loved to hang out on!! We hope to return! Thank you Rodrigo and family!
