Cozy, quiet atmosphere in a great location! The studio cottage is just the right size for one person, and probably no more than two. The little yard area is beautifully manicured and provides a tranquil setting when you walk in and out of the studio cottage. I instantly felt right at home. Alzira was kind enough to demonstrate how to lock the side gate behind me - and this after I knocked on her front door for help! (I'm not tech-savvy AT ALL, as I had to explain.) Alzira is not only friendly in person, but her text message communication was also extremely prompt and polite. I would stay here again and again.

Very quiet and peaceful setting for relaxation and reading and writing. Easy walking to a lot of good restaurants and public transport. Rainbow and Zan were easy to communicate with and facilitated an early check in which was helpful. Would stay here again!

It was a great stay. They have a beautiful property and garden. Berkley is a great walking city. It was fun to explore. This was my 2nd time to Berkeley, and my wife and kid's first. She loved the city. Thanks for a great stay.

Very quaint and clean. Beautiful and inviting grounds. Close to amenities. Loved the opening windows on all four sides. Easy and convenient access. Loved the attached laundry facilities. HIGHLY recommend this little gem!

Had a wonderful stay with my four-year-old daughter for my birthday. The location is lovely, being able to walk down to college Avenue. We got in quite late, I would recommend asking host to turn on the heat if you think you might come in on the later side- the radiant floors are lovely but do take some time to heat up. Great artistic touches and hosts are very responsive and helpful.

Will and Jane were excellent hosts. The back house is light filled and spotless. It’s comfortable and well organized. It was peaceful, tucked away in a garden! I loved feeding the fish. Both Will and Jane were responsive and offered a great recommendation. I know I’ll stay here every time I come to San Francisco!

We had a great stay at Ericka’s place! She was super communicative and flexible, letting us use the electric car charger on short notice and being understanding about a late arrival due to our flight delay and leaving the backyard lights on for us! The space was super clean, modern, and great amenities and small touches like great shampoo/conditioner, Nespresso pods, and a well-stocked fridge. The bed was super comfortable and my husband kept remarking about how well he slept! Very well-located and walkable to lots of things, plus easy to find street parking and felt like a very safe neighborhood. We’d definitely stay at Ericka’s place again!

When we entered Mary Lee’s backyard where the unit is located, we were instantly pleased with how beautiful and well landscaped it is. The studio is well built, with attention to detail and the use of quality materials. The décor was also pleasant and well thought out. In addition, we were satisfied with the fact that they provide 100% cotton towels and linen for the bed. The kitchen was well stocked with stainless steel cookware and everything we needed. Mary Lee and her husband David were friendly and responsive to all our requests. We would be happy to stay at their place again.

Eugenia’s place and Eugenia and her husband are fantastic… One of the most comfortable organic cotton beds I’ve ever slept on, the most enchanting, beautiful property, and every appliance state of the art, efficient and intentional with the touch of love. Eugenia brought me teas, and various unconventional items I asked for. And the natural light and airflow were wonderful. And very healing and the most peaceful and healing neighborhood I’ve stayed at in the East Bay. For anyone looking for a healing retreat, Book this place as soon as possible

David‘s place was lovely. We really loved the backyard as it was very tranquil and very beautifully landscaped. If it hadn’t been such a windy week, we would have spent lots of time out there. The inside of that place was lovely and comfortable. David was a very nice host and very helpful as well. We would definitely stay here again.

Super spot for us! We were in town for a party and the host was great at checking in to make sure we had everything we needed! Lovely Airbnb!

The Casita in the Trees was the perfect getaway and Melodie and family were amazing hosts. The space has a very nice layout, the kitchen and other rooms are lovely with charming ambiance and thoughtfully stocked, you have everything you need and more. The soft morning birdsong was so pretty amongst the oak trees, the view is spectacular, and Melodie was such a thoughtful and kind host. I would absolutely recommend!

Would highly recommend! We had a lovely time and the breakfast was fantastic!

The quaint little cottage was tucked away in a peaceful neighborhood, nestled right in the backyard of the owner's home. We absolutely loved spending some quality time together! The beds were comfortable! They were nice and firm, just how I like it. The chickens were absolutely adorable, and they were being taken care of so well! We can't recommend this place enough and are already looking forward to our next visit!

Xiaol’s place was nestled in a super quiet suburban neighborhood. It was peaceful, we didn’t hear a thing when we slept. The house was spacious enough we enjoyed daily yoga. My husband loved the bedroom mattress. I really loved the sofa bed because it was firm and even. I don’t sleep on soft mattresses so the sofa bed let me sleep like a baby. The kitchen was a good size and had everything we needed. I enjoyed complete privacy while Xiaole responded our questions but left us undisturbed. The large screen TV was pristine and very easy to use as well. The house had what we exactly needed. So if you need a private, peaceful house, you can’t go wrong with Xiaole’s listings!

This was the first time we stayed at the Cozy Cottage, and we cannot rate it highly enough! The cottage was immaculate, the bed very comfortable, and the kitchen well stocked. Mary and Steve went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed, even providing a very generous snack basket and cold beverages. The location is also perfect. Easy 2 block walk to the main business district with good restaurants and shops, and about a 10 minute walk from the beach. We will definitely return.

Description and the pictures were all accurate. Very easy walking distance to the BART station with easy access into SF. House is very private and in a nice area. Polina was extremely helpful with making recommendations for SF. Would certainly recommend.

Great place to stay.

If you are looking for a well decorated, beautifully landscaped, impeccably clean, and comfortable space with great hosts this is the place! Even the outside furniture was super clean and an enjoyable spot to take in the lush greenery of the idyllic space they have created. The property is situated not far from downtown with all the stores and restuarants - but hidden away from noise and traffic. The bed was really comfy, the kitchen fully stocked - with many free snacks and bottled water, and bottles of alcohol for sale in case you wanted to have a cocktail. The space is uncluttered and there are plenty of outlets for all electronic devices. This place is a delight and I highly recommend.
