Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Nus

Gabriele's house is such a gem. A peaceful place with a 'feeling-right-at-home' atmosphere. Spacious, with everything that one needs, and even more, especially in the kitchen. The living and the bed room are very spacious with good air circulation. The surrounding is very quiet and peaceful. For me Gabriele's place was the perfect home base to discover the different hiking areas in the area. All within a short reach by car. The village has an awesome small pizzeria just a short walk away, and more options for dining out within a short distance by car. Gabriele was always available for any question and I felt very well taken care of. Upon arrival I was greeted by Franca, who is such a lovely, warm lady. She showed me everything and was too always available to answer any question. Gabriele and Franca are both amazing humans who will make you feel very welcome. Franca's dog has a special place in my heart too :)

We had a great stay and would stay here again! Sabry was very responsive and wonderful to work with. The layout was perfect for what we needed and included a play area, toys and activities for the kids. The place was spotless; super (impressively) clean for not being a brand new place. The decor was warm and inviting. It can feel a bit cold in the house (rainy season) and the beds were made accordingly - cozy with the layered bedding. Kitchen was well equipped. Stunning views. Short drive to city center and ice rink (why we were here). My only suggestion is to leave a bit more extra toilet paper in the cupboard ;)

Un endroit magnifique et cosy, un lieu paisible avec une vue imprenable. Si vous cherchez un havre de paix en pleine nature, vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés. Nous avons apprécié l’accueil de Soraya ainsi que sa communication.

Lovely place. Simple, with modern amenities. It is quiet, 5/10 mins by car from Cervinia. There are neighbours (who were lovely), it is a semi-detached. All the things you need, relaxing place. Bedrooms were bigger than expected. There were two of us, it would sleep 8 just be aware that the configuration is two large rooms, one with double and bunk beds, one with two doubles. Ideal for families.

Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno davvero piacevole in questa casa immersa nel verde. L’alloggio si trova in una zona tranquilla e silenziosa, perfetta per chi cerca un po’ di pace lontano dal caos cittadino. Il giardino è curato e spazioso, ideale per rilassarsi leggendo un libro o semplicemente godendosi i suoni della natura. Consigliatissimo a chi cerca relax, natura e un po’ di tranquillità, anche assieme al proprio cane!

Le logement et l emplacement etaient à hauteur de nos attentes : tranquillité et contact direct avec la nature ! Nous avons fait de belles découvertes dans une nature toute jeune et colorée. Nous avons eu la surprise d assister à une étape du Giro d Italie à côté du logement Merci à Lucio pour son accueil très chaleureux et pour nos sympathiques échanges ! Je recommande fortement !!!

Appartamento molto ben curato, pieno di piccoli dettagli da cui si evince l attenzione con cui è stato arredato. Sembra di entrare a casa propria. La cucina è ben accessoriata e c’è un bel camino in sala! La casa si trova in un vecchio borgo ristrutturato molto tranquillo vicinissimo ad Aosta e alla seggiovia di Pila.

We really enjoyed staying at Delphines house. We stayed a family of five: our two oldest kids in the lower floor of the house, and the youngest with us parents in the upper floor. Both lower and upper floor has a toilet, which works well. The lower floor is nicely cool in the summer warmth. From the porch there's a breathtaking view of the mountains. There's a nice mix of sun and shade, and it's a great place to spend the afternoon after having been out and about. The house itself is quite special too: it's decorated very tastefully and consistently. The curtains, faucets, carpets, pottery, lighting, bedding and other decor all come together very nicely. We felt right at home, and it gave a nice sense of calm. Delphine was very proactive and responsive in her communication.

Siamo stati davvero bene! Tutto era come da descrizione: accogliente, pulito e in una posizione comodissima, a due passi dalla via principale di Aosta e vicinissima a ristoranti, supermercati e negozi per prodotti tipici e souvenir. Un grazie speciale alla proprietaria, che è stata super disponibile e velocissima nel rispondere a qualsiasi domanda. Anche dopo il check-out ci ha gentilmente permesso di lasciare le valigie per qualche ora, il che ci ha salvato la giornata. Esperienza super positiva, lo consiglio!

I had a wonderful stay at Nicole’s apartment. The house was cosy, neat, and clean, which made me feel right at home. Communication with the host was excellent—responses were always quick and helpful. I really appreciated the complimentary taxi service provided by Nicole, which made my arrival so much easier. While climbing the 70 steps to reach the house was a bit challenging with large luggage, the stunning balcony view made it totally worth it. Overall, I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming stay!

Le lieu est magnifique, grand, bien situé, avec un très bel extérieur et une belle vue. Les photos correspondent parfaitement à la description. Notre hôte Giorgo était présent, réactif et super gentil. Nous pouvons absolument conseiller la Casa Margherita !!

Claude m’a très bien accueilli dans son logement, très propre et cosy. C’était parfait pour ma semaine de rando!

Julian’s apartment was lovely! It was very spacious for two people and had all the kitchen amenities although we did not do any cooking during our stay. The flat is very centrally located and not far from the train station/main street. We loved the view of the Matterhorn from the front window and would stay here again in a heartbeat! Extra points for having plenty of candles when the city lost power. Thank you so much!

La casa di Andera è comoda, pulita e ben accessoriata, è un host solerte e cortese. Situata vicino a ristoranti e supermercati. La consiglio vivamente soprattutto se volte percorre la via francigena è praticamente accanto. Grazie Andrea ci siamo trovati benissimo.

Nous avions quelques difficultés avec la procédure d’enregistrement des identités, pour notre 1er voyage en Italie, et nous avions besoin de quelques indications sur la fin du séjour, mais Julian a été très réactif et tout s’est très bien déroulé. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié Torgnon qui nous a permis de voir et visiter de beaux endroits (le lac bleu ; Bard ; Pont-Bozet …) avec la chance d’avoir pu faire une belle randonnée au départ du village et de déguster de bons plats au délicieux et très accueillant restaurant « Jour et Nuit » du village !

This is the second time I have stayed here, and we came back precisely because it is so good. It was a perfect base to go hiking in the mountains and in the different valleys, and great for the local amenities in Aosta. The house is very comfortable and spacious and the view is incredible.

Soluzione splendida, appena fuori dal centro che si raggiunge a piedi in pochi minuti. Il giardino che circonda la villa è molto curato, grande e offre una bellissima vista sulla città. Se possibile, la villa è più bella rispetto alle fotografie. Stanze grandi e cucina super attrezzata. Siamo stati veramente bene, Beatrice ci ha accolti con molto calore ed estrema professionalità. Bellissimo lo spazio sala giochi...anche per i grandi!

Erholung pur! Wir (6 Personen, zwei befreundete Familien) hatten eine tolle Zeit in Cascina Vercellina. Absolut ruhig, großer Pool, riesiger Garten (den insbesondere unsere Hündin geliebt hat). Ausflüge in die Umgebung haben unsere Woche ergänzt: zum Kloster und Wallfahrtsort Oropa (UNESCO Weltkulturerbe), nach Turin (ca. 60 min Fahrt), nach Biella (super Metzger und schöne kleine Läden) und ein Ausflug zu La Bessa, einer Azienda Agricola, wo wir Haselnüsse und Nusscreme gekauft haben. Cristina (Co-Gastgeberin) war super freundlich und hilfreich mit Tipps. Spannend für unseren angehenden Biologiestudenten: Es gibt zahlreiche Tiere und Pflanzen zu entdecken! Auch das haben wir sehr genossen.

Beautiful accommodation in a quiet location. Gabriella was really very nice, helpful and communicative. All the equipment is brand new and clean. The view from the windows is something extraordinary, even more beautiful than in the photos. Easy parking right next to the house. You are close to beautiful nature and wonderful places like Sacro Monte di Varallo. Anytime we would come back and stay again even for a longer period of time, I can recommend it to everyone.

Just stunning views, lovely house with beautiful fittings, everything we needed Highly recommend, would always come back if in the area. Really comfy beds, and sofas. Lots of room for everyone, and every room had a GREAT view.
