The Playhouse

The house, located in a characteristic mountain village in the Nus hills, a short distance from Aosta, will allow you to spend a vacation immersed in the tranquility of nature. We are located in the Saint-Barthélemy valley, not far from the astronomical observatory and its ski area with 30 km of cross-country ski slopes and itineraries on foot, by bike or with snowshoes. The location in the center of the Valley is also ideal for those who want to visit the towns and monuments that the region offers.

Trudi's Terrace lies a steep 250m walk up from the taxi drop-off point. We welcome guests from all around the world to experience the enigma that is the Matterhorn. Trudi's Terrace has two cosy, comfortable and stylish bedrooms. We have two modern bathrooms. Our kitchen is the heart of the apartment. It is where we gather to cook, eat and watch Netflix. Note: Zermatt is currently in the middle of a building boom. Unfortunately a crane has been temporarily erected in front of the Matterhorn.

We have restructured our grandparents’ home and we would like to offer you an experience characterized by simplicity and hospitality, to understand and appreciate the value of the family we grew up with. We have combined tradition and design, maintaining the original structure of the house and re-using the materials available in the old house . Strategically located for those who want to visit our valley's famous natural attractions. 100 meters from the Regional Hospital and a 10-minute walk from both the train station and the bus station.
