Fantail Villa is a duplex self contained one bedroom villa situated on our tranquil 24 acre property. The villa has its own gas BBQ on your private verandah with both indoor and outdoor dining tables. The villa has a slow combustion wood fire to enjoy, with wood supplied only during the cooler months of May to September. From October to April guests can enjoy use of our refreshing 12 metre saltwater swimming pool, this is a shared pool between the other 3 x cottages on our property

The newly renovated cottage sleeps 6 people, with all linen supplied. Josies Studio is your home away from home. Only 5 minutes to the heart of the Hunter Valley and all the amazing food and wine it has to offer. A wide selection of great activities are also available, including golf, hot air ballooning. The Studio is a recently converted, secure space with private access. We also offer restaurant transfers and wine tours for a small additional cost. Josies is good for couples, solo adventurers and business travelers.
