Stewart is close to many wineries and restaurants, and only five minutes drive from Hunter Valley Gardens and Roche and Hope Estates. The cottage is kept meticulously clean by our long-term housekeeper, who uses alcohol-based cleaning agents. Generous, reduced rates are available for week-long stays.

The villa has a slow combustion wood fire to enjoy, with wood supplied only during the cooler months of May to September. From October to April guests can enjoy use of our refreshing 12 metre saltwater swimming pool, this is a shared pool between the other 3 x cottages on our property.

We had an amazing stay for a country family wedding. Summer was a great host from the start with her great communication and clear instructions. The apartment was beautifully fitted out and everything was so comfortable, clean and even better than a hotel. Cafes, shops was just downstairs. Waking up to the sun rise from the window looking out to the river was a great start to the day. It didn't affect our stay in anyway, but just a caution to anyone who doesn't like stairs or can't walk up many, access to the apartment might be difficult. Overall, a lovely weekend away in Maitland.

Carol and Terry are very friendly and very lovely hosts. Their place is lovely with beautiful surrounds, very close to zoo - you can see giraffes in the morning and hear lions roaring at sunset - likey being on safari! There is an excellent hot tub. Beds were super comfortable. Would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended.

We had a wonderful stay. The house is perfectly located, just far enough north of Cessnock to be out in the country, but close enough to get supplies from the major supermarkets. The vineyards of the Hunter Valley start just 5 mins up the road. The house is very comfortable and has everything you could need for short or long stays and the grounds are lovely and very peaceful. Jenni and Kristy were wonderful with there communication, clear and proactive instructions. Thanks for everything!

Such a sweet little granny flat, close to Hunter Valley region! Parking right outside the flat was accessible, instructions to enter the property was easy. Flat was very clean & had everything we needed including a kitchen & essentials like oil, salt & pepper as we like cooking to save some cash. The area is very quiet and the backyard was nice to step out on either at night to see the moon & stars or early in the morning to listen to the birds singing along with the trees swaying, so peaceful! Dinnash is very responsive and friendly, no wonder he is a super host! Thank you Dinnash for making our short stay so comfortable. All the best!
