The Cottage - Berry House

Nestled among old heritage gardens on 5 acres near Morpeth in the Hunter Valley, this gorgeous cottage is part of the Berry House Estate built in 1857. Cosy up and unwind, or explore the broader Hunter Valley. The self contained cottage (converted servants quarters), is your own little oasis within the broader grounds of Berry House. Use the pool and sauna, explore the gardens, collect some farm fresh eggs, feed the sheep or just chill. Delightful spot for kids with friendly cat and two dogs.

Fairly new cottage situated on a rural property with beautiful valley and sunset views (picnic set provided to viewing).Shared non-heated swimming pool located at the front of host's house next door. Our Homestead and Cottage (please see our Goosewing Cottage listing too) are fully self-contained, architect-designed and immaculately presented. We are located in the peaceful, picturesque rural township of Mount View, around a 15-20 minute drive from Pokolbin. We are surrounded by neighbouring farms, lush, rolling pastures and an abundance of native wildlife. The stunning Homestead has panoramic views over the Brokenback Ranges and surrounding countryside, as well as its own private pool.

Inala, which means peaceful place, is the perfect escape. Nestled on 7 acres of native bushland, this architect designed home boasts complete privacy and commands spectacular views across to the Barrington Tops through its extensive North facing windows. Featuring open plan living with polished timber floors and vaulted ceiling the feeling is relaxed, bright and spacious and the perfect antidote to a hectic life. We have 2 bedrooms with king sized beds, one which splits into two singles.

Blue Wren Villa at Woodlane Cottages Lovedale

Blue Wren Villa is a duplex self contained one bedroom villa situated on our tranquil 24 acre property. The villa has a gas BBQ on your private verandah with both indoor and outdoor dining tables. The villa has a slow combustion wood fire to enjoy, with wood supplied only during the cooler months of May to September. From October to April guests can enjoy use of our refreshing 12 metre saltwater swimming pool, this is a shared pool between the other 3 x cottages on our property.

A great place to relax and recharge. Check in is 3pm. Check out is 11am. We are happy to consider earlier checkin or later checkout times on request.

The 'miner's cottage' is an authentic and charming 130-year old home tucked away in the village of Mulbring, and 25 minutes to the Hunter Valley wineries. With original cottage features, combustion fireplace and north facing established gardens and private salt water pool, the miner's cottage is a peaceful, restorative and artsy place to get away. Head out to experience the Hunter Valley food and wine, or simply stay in to write, paint, cook and relax.
