A lovely private space to relax and enjoy. This is the downstairs area of my home and is only used by guests. The living room is big and spacious, has a lovely sunny outlook in the morning, and has a picturesque view over Merewether to the ocean. The separate bedroom has a lovely comfortable queen bed with quality linen. The house is 5 mins (15 min walk) from Merewether beach and coffee shops, close to Glenrock lagoon and the Merewether ocean baths. Fantastic walking trails nearby.

Our house is easy walking to beach, cafes & shops. Entire front of house with own private entrance. Aircon. Two large double bedrooms. Lounge area with couch and lounge chairs, flat screen tv and dvd. Outside table and chairs on own porch with access to large front garden. Two bathrooms are available, one for each bedroom.
