Vacation rentals with a patio in Novalja

We only stayed for a night due to tight trip schedule. But would be a superb place to stay for weeks! My best friends visiting kids would have prefererred to stay with us over going back to their camp side 😁 internet was fast, no mosquitos and top team. Would always stay again 🙏

Everything was great!

Matija was the best host you could have: helpful, very kind, accurate, always available, generous and friendly. She greeted us with two fresh drinks and chocolates. The check-in time was flexible. The apartment was super clean, and the same as the photos, if not better, and the air conditioner works perfectly. The apartment has everything you need: cutlery, dishes, pans, pots, blankets, towels, iron, pillows. The apartment is large, and the maximum was that there is a price included in the price located in the huge balcony where you can eat with absolute tranquility. Surely if we come back, we will return to Matjia. We girls highly recommend staying in your apartment. Thank you Matjia for making us feel at home ☺️🧡

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this holiday apartment and it was an incredible experience from start to finish. The apartment is perfectly located, making it easy to explore all the nearby attractions, beaches, and restaurants. The apartment itself is spacious and beautifully maintained. The layout is open and airy, providing plenty of room to move around and make yourself at home. The apartment is also well-equipped with everything you might need during your stay, from kitchen appliances to entertainment options. Ana is a great host with a friendly and helpful attitude!

Truly a great experience even if you only do one night

Really nice apartment complete with everything you may need on vacation. I was amazed by the very livable outdoor area with the grill space. 2 really nice double bedrooms and a very large living room that includes two sofas including one of these sofa beds. I highly recommend this apartment!!!

Due to the weather we were quite late. Ariana was accommodating and accommodating for us. We were greeted with cookies and coffee for the morning in the apartment. Because we stayed one night it was more than affordable for us. We are definitely coming back.

We felt very comfortable at Zita's place. The apartment is one of several in the house with separate entrance and its own covered terrace. The apartment is equipped with the most important things. The highlight is definitely the view from the pool and the private access to the sea (a private platform on the cliffs). Listing is the same as on the pictures. Zita was very hospitable and always available on site. She even provided us with aftersun when we and in the sun had banished. The location is very quiet and from the shot, but you can shop and eat well in Karlobag (10 minutes by car). We'd love to come back!

Paola was extremely generous and kind to us, as her guests. I got unfortunately sick a few days before our trip and we needed to reschedule for a one week, without any problem and charges! Our dog was also welcomed and treated so nice too! 🐺 On our way back in our home country were suddenly floods and storms, so we needed to stay and extend for two extra nights in order to safely return, also without any problem! 🍀 We are lucky enough to find this place and beautiful people here, thank you so much! 🤩🏝️ With all the best wishes 💙 Albert&Adela with Destiny 🐺

Very nice, secluded little house. We were there with 3 adults and 2 children and that worked well The bathroom is a bit small, but this is compensated by the outdoor shower. Super is the private access to the sea, the coast is otherwise steep and inaccessible. Swimming, snorkeling(many fish, few sea urchins) and sunbathing on the almost empty coast. Highly recommend the homemade products e.g. olive oil or cheese. If you are looking for a quiet place to relax, this is the place.

Josipa place was exactly what we wanted. Very good location, close to the beach and a short ride to the main clubs of Croatia. Josipa was very friendly, responsive and gave us local recommendations. I highly recommend and when going back to Croatia I'll stay here again. Hvala! Thanks

I chose Katarina's home due to the closeness to Beach Rucica and Beach Beritnica. When I arrived , i was so happy about the apartment too. The bedroom was comfortable , large bathroom , well equipped kitchen for me to cook .There is a balcony with partial seaview orwatching the locals wallking around. There are 3 restaurants just around then corners . The local beach is also very pretty and takes seconds to get there !There is also the Life on Mars trail which is a must do !!! It was stunning and not too difficult . I walked with my very active medium / large dog. So , I stronlgy recommend Katarin's home for your next stay in Pag .

Thank you for hosting us! The room is exactly as shown in the pictures—very tidy, cozy, and beautifully presented. We loved our stay, and the location is perfect. The sea is not far, and the city center is within walking distance. Even though we had a car, we preferred walking because parking in the city center can be tricky. It only took us about 10 minutes to walk there. We had a great time and would definitely recommend this place!

The house was simply mega class, you enjoy the tranquility and the sea is less than 100 meters away. We felt very comfortable in the house and the decor was great and we had the beach and the sea all to ourselves. Definitely a recommendation if you want a nice quiet holiday but also want to be in the city (Novalja 5 minutes away). Last but not least, Berislav and his father were totally sweet and you can just notice the attention to detail in the house and also the property. We would rent this place again anytime!!!!

Great Airbnb with quality materials everywhere. The appartment is spacious for 4 people and could accommodate up to 6 people. The sofa bed is actually confortable. The property offers a private jacuzzi. Perfect if you are visiting Pag island or Novalja but you must have a car or take an Uber but it wasn’t a big deal since we had a car and we were taking Uber at night. The host is very reactive. I would recommend this property 💯

Me and my family really enjoyed our stay at Ilija's apartment :) Great location, bakery and shop is near, private beach, clear water. Ilija is amazing host! The apartment is big enough and has a great view from terrace. Thank you for a really nice trip!

the best place to stay in novalja!!

This place is well located on the way into Otocac and very easy to find, with parking in the back of the house. The apartment was spotlessly clean and looked just like the pictures. We were very comfortable for our one night stay. We would definitely stay here again, and for longer; it would be a great base to explore the Northern Velebit National Park from, and the beautiful scenery around it. Otocac is also a lovely town with plenty of cafes, bakeries, supermarkets etc.

Quiet and peaceful location with almost private lagoon. Place is modern, equipped with everything you will ever need for your vacation. Overall, a very pleasant experience… can’t really complain about anything.

Comucative, welcoming host. The apartment was clean, the amenities matched the description and photos. Vesna allowed us to check in earlier than stated on the itinerary after communication. She personally greeted us, guided us through the accommodation. She surprised us with snacks in the fridge and fresh scones. Very caring and helpful throughout the stay. An apartment in a location for people who are looking for a quiet vacation. Pebble beaches with beautiful clear water about 10-15 minutes on foot. Again, the day before we left, she surprised us with freshly baked fruit cake. She was aware of the check out time and due to the early morning check out she said goodbye to us and accompanied us safe travels and return home. Satisfied with location, weather and beaches.

We spent 14 pleasant days in September at Mate's large, modern apartment. Everything very clean and very well decorated. The view from the balcony very nice. It was very relaxed. Mate took care of everything and was always available. Perfect location. Nice and quiet, only 5 min walk to 2 different beaches. Also only 20 minutes to walk to the old TOWN OF RAB.

Jasna's place was perfect, beautiful to be, the neighborhood, just everything! The location is great for those who want privacy. Jasna and her husband are very kind and friendly people, and they're at your fingertips anytime. I recommend the place to all ten. Great!
