This beautiful and spacy apartment is an excellent place to spend your holidays with your family and friends. It is located in the heart of the city of Novalja and first row to the sea. It is part of a big house with lot of space and sunshine. Popular restaurant Riva is also part of our house located on the ground floor where you can try some local dishes and drink good wine. This lovely and comfy apartment has beautiful sea view. The apartment is fully furnished and equipped. It consists of living room, 2 bedrooms and each room has its own bathroom, kitchen, bathroom and a big balcony with an enchanting sunset. Beaches, bars, restaurants, grocery stores and all other city attractions are within walking distance from the apartment. The famous Zrće beach is located 7 min driving distance from the apartment.
