Head out for a walk in the bucolic Vale of Belvoir, maybe take in a country pub, then home to cosy up in front of the log burner with some of our home-made cake 🍰

Small romantic hideaway in gated private location , close to Nottingham city centre but secluded hideaway if you so wish. Walking distance to pubs and restaurants the resident deer and pheasants may even put in an appearance perfect for nature lovers to kick back , relax - hot tub , Netflix, Sonos speakers, Philips Hue lighting and a log burner all make for a relaxing escape.

Located in a private secluded setting amid wildlife & nature, standing within 3 acres of fields & woodland. Bordering the Teversal Trails network this provides miles of cycling & walking routes surrounded by beautiful countryside. Situated centrally between the Derbyshire peak district & Sherwood Forest, close to Hardwick Hall. Good Pubs within Cycling distance or short drive. The Lodge has been purpose built with loving care, giving warmth, rustic appearance to blend in with nature.

Self-contained barn conversion in rural village

Converted in 2017 from a small barn (circa 1850), the self-contained studio combines character with tasteful furnishings. TOTAL REFURBISHMENT MAY 2025 with new kitchenette, flooring, carpet, wood panelling. Separate from the main house with security gates and 24 hour CCTV, providing parking, an outdoor seating area and views over the paddock of sheep and free range chickens. Upton is a small village, two miles from Southwell, with country walks and a local pub serving hot food.

Beautiful country farmhouse situated down a 250m private drive on the outskirts of the village of Tansley. On the hillside below Riber Castle the property is surrounded by horse pastures and farmland. There are stunning views from every window. The house has been completely renovated with the input of an interior architect to an extremely high standard. Many of the original Victorian features have been retained and stylishly combined with a super modern kitchen and bathrooms.

Oxton Hill Pond View is a fabulous self contained shepherds hut located on our farm. With its own enclosed private garden the hut has an ensuite bathroom and kitchenette. Use the bridle paths on our farm which link to Southwell and neighbouring villages or visit the historic Minster town of Southwell or Sherwood Forest. Bring your bikes as you can cycle for miles maybe to the River Trent, or just enjoy the rural walks. We also offer carp fishing in summer. Adults only.

Situated just a short drive from the Peak district and only 90 seconds walk from the home of the world famous poet, DH Lawrence, this self contained bungalow offers easy access to the country side and to the birth place and inspiration for one of the UK's most famous writers. Parking is available for free, mountain bikers can have secure storage for their bikes and if you wish to follow the life of DH Lawrence, the historic blue line trail runs directly outside the front door.

Beautiful views across the once Sherwood Forest as well as garden views of mature Cedar and Scots pine trees. The farm is a tranquil retreat as well as being close by to nearby towns. Fox Cottage is easy to access by car, train or bus via Matlock. Located on the edge of The Peak District, natural beauty is in every direction. Two great food pubs within easy walk. There is so much to see and do nearby. Gardens, industrial heritage sites, stately homes, outdoor activities, ancient sites, river promenades. Something for everyone and every season.
