Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Nottingham

We are a group of 8 staying for two nights. Brendan was very helpful and responsive with the booking and provided clear instruction before and throughout the stay. They got the hot tub ready before we arrived and it was definitely the highlight of the stay! Everything is very clean as well. There were enough seating area and chairs in the living room for everyone to have a cosy night. We were a bit concerned about having only one bathroom among 8 people in the beginning but fortunately there was actually another toilet downstairs. The neighbourhood is also very quiet. We would definitely love to come back again!

Perfect distance to the triathlon we were attending. Easy checking, parking with permit, hot tub perfect , clean and in lovely sun trap garden. Beautiful family home, lots of space. Great walking distance to some great restaurants . Thank you so much for sharing your home with us we had a fabulous stay.

Lovely spacious house, spotlessly clean with everything we needed for the few days we were there. Had a lovely time and would reccomend to others 😊

As a hen party of 12, we had an amazing long weekend at Sally's house. There was safe and ample parking for all the whole group and we were blown away by the surroundings. The views were gorgeous and we had a lovely walk round the nearby fields and public footpaths to a great local pub. The house was spotless, and more stunning than the photos. The house felt like a home whilst also feeling luxurious and everyone loved their rooms and the communal areas. The house had so many thoughtful touches and we especially enjoyed the easy to use hot tub. Massive thank you to Sally for being a great host - responsive, helpful and allowing us early check in to decorate for the bride too. Would definitely recommend and would love to stay there again. The house is beautiful! High ceilings, large rooms, clean and in a wonderful location. Very private. Andrew helped me with any queries and questions I had to the run up of our stay, and responded very quickly. On our first night there Andrew went out of his way to help us, which he didn’t have to do, and we were most grateful! Thoroughly enjoyed the stay and felt right at home!

We've had a lovely stay at Hopping Cottage. Emma was proactively communicating with clear instructions and we felt she would have resolved any issue quickly if we had any. We found the location of the cottage very convenient, easy to access, private, secure with breathtaking surroundings and views. You can't really walk to town from the cottage but nearby towns are just a short drive away (even large grocery shop). There are countless trails to do. The hot tub is definitely a lovely perk, we enjoyed it very much. Emma kindly sent a short video that was easy to follow for instructions in terms of how to use it. The cottage was spotless and lovely, you will find everything you need without having too much "stuff" around. We were also given fresh eggs upon arrival which was a very nice touch and made a lovely breakfast for all of us. We also had a small dog with us, the field belonging to the cottage was very handy indeed. Thank you, Emma, we'll definitely consider staying again.

The fact that this was our second time here speaks volumes. Superb place, ideal for a 'get away from it all' break. Host lives quite close and responds immediatley to any queries. No cellphone coverage but superfast wi-fi. Can't wait till next year.

The cottage was lovely and in the perfect location for us. The pub next door was friendly too and convenient for a special family meal. Having flexible bedroom layouts also helped us enormously. We were not able to use the hot tub though since it takes much longer to heat than the two to three hours indicated. The fire lit easily but after three hours the temperature had only risen to 20 degrees and we did not have time to sit and wait there.

We have used a lot of Air BNB properties and would rate James' property as the best. It was beautiful, spotless, amenities were of an exceptionally high standard and James himself was a wonderfully warm and engaged host. We will definitely be back.

An absolute gem of a place! Exquisitely decorated with the best fixtures and fittings, luxury bedding and towels in an idyllic setting. Perfect for my girls weekend away, the hot tub was the icing on the cake. We will be back!

amazing hosts. lovely private place, has everything you would want and more. very well looked after place. the hosts make lovely gestures for your stay. it is very quiet and private aswell. will be visiting in the future again

Brilliant stay here with a beautiful house and surroundings. Anna was a really responsive, helpful and flexible host.

Really enjoyed our stay at the cabin, my family had a wonderful time and could not recommend this place enough. Liz was great at communicating with us throughout our stay, she was lovely and welcoming. We definitely plan on staying again, perfect place for a quiet and relaxing break.

We had a great two night stay. The cabin has everything you could ever need. We found some great walks to get the dog out as well

We had a great stay at the Kingfisher Lodge. Cozy, comfortable and had all the amenities for a relaxing break. Private hot tub was ready as soon as we arrived. Amazing time away, would definitely return!

Brilliant amenities in the cabin, felt very spacious! Loved the rewilding, enjoyed the woodland walk and watching the trains (not noisy, don’t worry!). We can recommend Belton House, walk between Woolthorpe and Belvoir Castle and Mannakin Hall! Hope to stay here again : )
