A great place to stay, very close to bus stop and the university. The common space is very clean and has a lot of things to do like pool table, arcade, piano, gym, and sauna. The room is comfy and has a TV that you could lay in bed and watch. Felt more like a hotel than a student accommodation :)

Chantel place was great for what we needed as a one night stay, comfortable room, en suite was clean and had necessary toiletries. However the only real negative we had was the excessively high cleaning fee. However we would still recommend this air bnb and no doubt book again as it’s ideal for staying around the Nottingham and Derby area.

Very accommodating host for my mother who had travelled up from the South West for a long weekend. Excellent quality property, very good price.

This was my first time using Airbnb, so I was a bit nervous, but Ebunoluwa was incredibly welcoming and immediately put me at ease. I was warmly greeted at the door, shown to my room and the bathroom, and even offered a hot drink. The room was exactly as described—clean, tidy, and very comfortable. The bathroom was spotless as well. I had a great experience and would highly recommend staying here!
