Earth house vacation rentals in Norway

It is a beautiful house with nature all around you. The Sauna is really nice. The last 10km can be difficult to drive depending on weather and/or season, but it is worth it. We would come again!

One of the cutest houses I've ever seen. Cozy, adorable, and makes you almost not want to go out! Stay in and lie on the sheepskin rugs in front of a fire and read a book. No wifi, and so still and quiet Sverre even put the refrigerator in the shed as to not have the hum of it disrupt the silence.

Frank is a terrific host—responsive, friendly. Our group of 8 cyclists needed a place to stay after a cold ride and the turf houses were both iconic and cozy. Highly recommended!

The location is really beautiful and relaxing. The wood-fired sauna was superb and exactly what was needed after a day in a bit chilly weather. This location would be superb for lone travellers as well as groups.

Super nice and cozy cabin with all desirable amenities. Lovely area close to cross-country skiing trails. Lovely quietly located despite the ski shooting arena right outside the door… Highly recommend - we would like to come back and experience the cabin and area during the summer period.

We had a very pleasant time in Hobbithòlet, with a fantastic view! Private and cozy, despite several others on glamping within 20 m. I would like to make it even clearer that the sauna and the hot tub must be paid separately, but it was well worth the money! (paid NOK 750 for 1.5 hours of sauna and hot tub). Thomas was quick to come and show us around and give info about the sauna, but we missed full digital check-in and info (probably just us who are people shy). All in all, very happy we took the trip! Highly recommended!

Beautiful design and very comfortable. We really enjoyed using the fire pit, and the interior was lovely. Very clean, hope to visit again.
