Michelle was a great host and her property is beautiful. We have a 6 year old and he loved the animals. The trails are beautiful and the farm is in a great location. Michelle was very nice and accommodating. You really felt at home. Beats any hotel you could ever stay at.

Had a nice 2 night stay with my family. Plenty of room. Clean and comfortable. We felt it was very quiet even though it is located on a city street. Johnathan was an excellent host and responded very quickly. Would stay here again.

We were in town for a funeral, and this home was the perfect respite. It was peaceful, comfortable, and well decorated. Loved the vintage furniture, art, and attention to detail when it came to easily finding whatever we needed. We knew the upstairs neighbors were home because sometimes we heard light footsteps above, but noise was never an issue, even for someone sensitive like me. Really enjoyed sipping coffee in the sunroom on a rainy morning. Wish I could take that adorable floral couch home with me!

Beautifully decorated, finer touches, cookies and muffins and coffee waiting for me. There was even a bow on the toilet paper roll, and amenities in the bathroom. Felt like home. Brenda truly makes the apartment a B&B feel.

The house is a ten minute walk from the Gerard hiking trail in Oil Creek state park, and it was an easy twenty minute walk to the brewery in Titusville . We appreciated the friendly communication and the coziness of the house. It was so nice to relax on the couch and watch Netflix after a long day of hiking. We definitely plan to return :)

We stayed at Wayne's place while on our way back from Niagara falls. it was well maintained, Peaceful and quiet place. we enjoyed our stay and highly recommended. will come back for sure. Wayne was proactive in providing all the instructions which made the entire stay seamless.

We loved staying at Jason & Erinn's home! From the moment we pulled up we fell in love with this charming home. We have never stayed in a more well appointed space and they have simply thought of everything. The living areas were so comfortable and the mattress in the master bedroom was dreamy! The outdoor spaces added great places to relax and the gorgeous landscaping provided the perfect backdrop. We found several great disc golf courses in the area, drove to some nearby towns for wonderful antique shopping and ate at a delicious italian restaraunt in the area! We loved this home and appreciated all that Jason and Erinn have done to make it a space we would love to return to!

Tracy and Jenn were very accommodating for our stay. We felt very at home in their Airbnb. We loved walking around the neighborhood and the bed was super comfy! My husband, 8 month old, and I had a wonderful stay. We would stay here again if we visit the area in the future.

Ryan was great to communicate with and easy to reach. It was an extremely quick in-and-out visit for us, but everything was as Ryan described. I recommend working with him.

Amanda was responsive to every question I had, was willing to give recommendations to visit while we were in town. The back porch may have been one of my favorite aspects of this home. Being able to wake up and sit on the back porch and drink coffee while listening to the chickens and seeing the wild life. I would 100% stay here again. Amazing host.

Sherri was very accommodating to the needs of our group - the house was great and just enough space for our trip with two families meeting up. Back yard and toys in the house were great for our 3 and 4 year olds!

Kristin had the house stocked with everything we needed for a short weekend trip to Ellicottville. Great location to walk or take a short drive into town.

We lucked out choosing this location as we visited the week Summer decided to show up with a vengeance. Thank God for the A/C or this would have been unbearable. The location was very quiet, it felt like we were the only ones there. First visit to Ellicotville and we plan to return with family.

This place was absolutely perfect for our group of families on a ski weekend. The bedrooms were large and beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans and everything we needed to cook for a crowd. Best of all, the location was outstanding…right in front of the lift! The place was clean too! Highly recommend.

This Air B&B was so cute! Modern furnishings. Lots of room, to fit our group. All the amenities, all the things you need, when coming from out of town. Plenty of space, in the main gathering area, and at the dining table. Loved it. Would stay there, again!

Cody and Alexa were responsive and friendly. The place was super cute, clean and conveniently located, making it easy to walk everywhere! We had a wonderful trip!
