I was able to relax while there and had everything I needed! I appreciate it all the different coffee options. I decided last second to drive the whole way in one day and Ariana quickly accommodated that request. I will definitely back when again in the area !

The place was absolutely amazing. The best sunsets, very peaceful, and did not want for anything. I hope to come back someday.

Great place! It reminded us of the apartment we rented when we stayed in Rome…mix of old and new…and the privacy on the beach is very hard to find in a rental.

Having to travel for school, I’ve stayed in several different Airbnb and this was by far one of my favorite stays! Scott is very friendly and I felt right at home. It had all the amenities I could need for a long stay. Not to mention the area is beautiful and the bed is very comfortable, which were added bonuses. I would definitely recommend staying here!

Grace’s retreat is a thoughtfully designed, pet-friendly space featuring a hot tub, dry/wet sauna, two bedrooms (one with a private bath and sauna), and a cozy loft. Unique touches include a Harry Potter-style cubby under the stairs for kids and amenities like a pet blanket and bowls. The open layout is comfortable and inviting. The only drawback is the gas station behind the house, which can compromise privacy when using the hot tub, though a higher fence or screen could help. Despite this, the stay is relaxing, the amenities are excellent—plus, the gas station pizza is a tasty bonus! I recommend this place and would certainly enjoy returning. Also, my Great Dane loved it- yes we brought out own bowl and his bed, and he was quite content. Also, Grace and her team are highly responsive and helpful. One last thing... The neighbors and people in Bemus Point were amazing and genuiunely friendly people. She has chosen a great community. Just great people. Thanks, Grace.

Absolutely loved this little place. We had such a nice weekend exploring the local beaches and eating good food!! Perfect place, very quiet but close enough to all the activities.

Lucia and Frannie are very friendly hosts. Very easy check in, very flexible. The apt. is very private, very clean and has everything you need. We enjoyed sitting on the back patio, very quiet and relaxing. Would definitely stay there again.

The perfect getaway. Close to town but far enough away to still feel cozy and private. The unit was spotless and well stocked with our every need. The owners communicated with us every step of the way and made our stay wonderful. Highly recommended- will stay here again.

Absolutely loved this little ‘cabin’ in the woods. I took my son to Holiday Valley over a long weekend and it was the perfect location (about 15 min away from HV) and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay - we brought and prepared our own food and the kitchen had everything we needed. The beds were so comfortable and the space was so cozy and enjoyable, including many board games. Kathy was attentive to our needs and communicative and also gave us privacy. I really hope to stay here again and highly recommend to any skiers!

Daryl's place was the perfect spot for me and my 3 girlfriends on our Get-away weekend! Daryl was super helpful and easy to reach with questions. The place is cozy and comfortable. (He has both a Keurig and a 12-cup coffee maker - just bring your coffee and you're set! Kitchen is well stocked with all the necessities!) If we gave ourselves more time, we could've walked to Holiday Valley for our spa appt, but we did walk to the Salt Spa to sit in the Salt Cave, then on to town for lunch, with another stop at a brewery we passed on the way home. What a fun weekend. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you Daryl!

Marcia and Dennis are fantastic hosts. They pay great attention to detail. When texting them a question, they were very quick to respond. Everything was easy, clean and peaceful. The place had everything you could need. I especially liked the bird feeders that Dennis kept full. There were so many different and beautiful bird species right outside our door.

Glenn is a wonderful and incredibly informative host. He was at hand to answer questions when answers were needed, and great company when invited. He went above and beyond, and didn’t mind that my special needs child wanted to run his player piano every evening. An all around great experience, and I will certainly visit again if I come back this way.

Lake views were amazing and the living rooms with all the windows was just what we were looking for !

Honestly, the pictures don’t even do this place justice…it was a remarkably beautiful home with an amazing scenic river view. The lower level was very clean, cozy, and had everything we needed - and more. If you’re visiting the area, I can’t recommend this place enough.
