The River House was such a pleasant stay a home away from Home where we could relax and enjoy the scenery for our second day it rain but we were able to sit in the patio and just relax while we listened to the rain and cooked burgers. the whole atmosphere was nice and quiet. Enjoyed a little wine by the river with a sun set. When we first arrived Derek was working on his lawn and he greeted us welcomely. Mid afternoon we sat with Phyllis and Derek and got to know them a little on how they enjoyed bed breakfast and them wanted to give that hospitality to others I'd say they nailed it I won't give away any details cause it was fun just finding them and being like that was really thoughtful. Also stop at the City of Warren all the people we got to meet were nice and kind from the small walk we took almost everyone who we walked by greeted us.

Richard is a great host and an even better tattoo artist. During our stay he snuck me into his schedule to get my first tattoo. Very cool guy who actually cares about his guests experience.

Wanted a stop on the way home from Ohio to New England that was secure and would allow me to visit friends without putting up a tent. This was a nice change from a hotel and private enough we need not worry about taking our bicycles off our vehicles for the night. Space was squeaky clean, lock was easy to figure out, plenty of amenities, great wifi, and a breakfast I didn't plan for that far exceeded any expectations I had. I will not hesitate to stay again.

Beyond happy with our experience. From booking we had all the information we needed and they were very proactive with making sure we were comfortable and ready for our stay. The Airbnb was beautifully decorated and clean. We had everything we needed and then some. The handwritten welcome was a great touch and made us feel welcome and comfortable. Very convenient to everything we did. Highly recommend and look forward to staying again!

We arrived later in the evening and they had the air going and the light on for our arrival. They virtually check in with us throughout the stay which was definitely a nice touch. My grandma was very happy that the shower was accessible for her needs as she’s 90 and has difficulty with step in showers. The environment was very peaceful! The best Airbnb experience I’ve had so far!

Wonderful quaint spot above town. Park your car in the off-street space and enjoy everything Kane has to offer. OR take a few minute drive and explore the beauty surrounding the area.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at The Lodge! It was beautiful, clean, and on a pristine and idyllic looking farm. We loved how quiet and serene it was, and our hosts had made sure we had every possible amenity. Would recommend and stay here again. - Jacen

Yelena’s apartment is beautiful and clean. It was exactly what we were looking for and we had an excellent stay here! It is in a central location next to the mall and other restaurants. The area is quiet and safe. Yelena was a kind and attentive host (although we did not need a thing!). We would love to come back to Erie and stay here again!

Our stay was very brief, but,very relaxing. The accommodations are immaculate and decorated tastefully. We would definitely rent in the future. Donna was very attentive to our requests and concerns. Rent this place, you will be glad you did!

Very nice place to stay! Pretty, clean, great view of the lake, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Also, the host is very responsive by email — I had a question while trying to find the place, and when I emailed Ingrid she popped right out and showed me where to go. Definitely recommend.

We based ourself at Christopher’s place for a visit to Chautauqua. It was perfect! Very comfortable and well-appointed apartment. Clean, comfortable, welcoming. And very close to Chautauqua. Christopher answered any questions quickly and gave great recommendations for nearby coffee/eating spots. Highly recommend staying here!

Here’s the headline: Perhaps the nicest Airbnb I have stayed in, especially at this price point - if you’re coming to Clarion with 1-2 people, look no further. Michael’s place is tastefully appointed with a fabulous, clean bathroom (the shower is amazing) and a cute kitchen with dishwasher. The bedroom is sizable with a great mattress - we slept wonderfully. The living room is comfortable and has a nicely sized television with access to your favorite streaming apps (for any downtime). The location is easily walkable to all of charming downtown Clarion, and a short drive to beautiful hiking trails in the area. I will make it a point to return to Michael’s place when I’m back in the area.

Loni was a great host, very kind and communicative. The carriage house was clean and comfortable. A perfect stopping off place, easy to access from the thruway, but quiet and peaceful. Good value.

We loved this apartment! Brighter and more spacious in person (compared with pics). It had everything we needed for the weekend. Super comfy vibe. Squeaky clean. Becky and Chip were wonderful hosts. We would definitely stay here again if we ever need accommodations in the Erie area. Highly recommend!!

Our Stay Was Beautiful!. Very Peaceful !. Very Spotless. Very remote area. The place was very spotless and had everything if you forget anything !. Beautiful landscape and lovely guest!. Want somewhere quiet and nature they place is the best one !.Liz made everything even more perfect. She will very much extend any hand you need!.

Great house on the lake! Our first house canceled Sunday and we secured this house on Monday for a check-in Tuesday. Everything was great considering we had to book at the last minute.

Michelle was very accommodating and communicated well. We stayed in the basement apartment, which was clean and comfortable. The backyard was beautifully landscaped. Very convenient—just minutes from downtown Ellicottville.

Overall, our stay was good even tho it rained all weekend. Bed was comfortable & the place had everything we needed. Hot tub & pool table were a nice bonus. We had a relaxing, peaceful weekend & will definitely keep this place in mind for future (hopefully not rainy) weekend getaways as it is close to Cooks Forest. The host had done some research for us ahead of time & had a list of places we might like to go to while we were there which was greatly appreciated. If you enjoy antique stores, definitely check out the emporium/candy store. We also ate at clarion brewery (which had a vegan falafel sandwich that was right up my alley). On our way home (to Ohio) we went to “farmhouse antiques & rusty stuff” in Knox….this place was full of treasures waiting to find a new home & was definitely worth the stop!

Really interesting place and a feel for the real US. As visitors from the UK it was great to get away from the cities and head into Titusville. Plus due to a slip up I left some belongings. Angela was so quick to contact me and arrange for me to collect! Thanks for having us
