Lovely host - the house had really everything you could possibly need when you're away from home. Very welcoming whilst traveling! Loved that the table was prepared for dinner/breakfast - you feel at home at once... thank you! Good beds!! Ability to park the car next to the house, nice for luggage. Clean, tidy and cozy house, with a nice pordge at the back. At the front nice views to vineyards and Lake Erie in the back. Value for money.

We stayed at Wayne's place while on our way back from Niagara falls. it was well maintained, Peaceful and quiet place. we enjoyed our stay and highly recommended. will come back for sure. Wayne was proactive in providing all the instructions which made the entire stay seamless.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was peaceful and perfect for our family visiting for a funeral. The backyard was an amazing place to have our coffee and begin the day. Thank you very much for your hospitality.

This was absolute relaxation heaven! Quiet, clean and right on the lake. We loved the sunsets, the morning coffee on the deck, and s’mores at the fire table. The beds were so comfortable and we had everything we needed and more!

Lucy was quick to reply when I had a question. Everything was clean. An added plus was finding breakfast items in the fridge for us. That was a nice touch.

Spencer and Ashley's place was a great stay for my staff team and I. We were looking for a semi-private location to host our annual retreat and this was just that. The grounds were beautiful and there are so many amenities we didn't even have time to utilize them all! Town was just a short drive away so it was easy to grab last minute supplies and enjoy a nice dinner for one of the evenings. Overall this was a great stay for our entire group!

Older home with great character. Immaculately clean and very tastefully decorated. Updated kitchen and bathroom with all the comforts of home. Roeshel was great with communication, especially since our stay was during the Jeep festival. She provided lots of information and directions that made our stay a breeze. The place was clean, super cute, and perfect for our needs. Appreciated all the personal touches as well.

Guests use 2nd floor of old house. It is located in beautiful rural area. You can see lake and forest. I stayed this airbnb to shop at grove city premium outlet. It's less than 10min drive from the outlet. It has enough space and beds for 5people. It also has a parking space in front of the house. Kitchen and dining area were relatively small, but we could cook and eat.

Beautifully decorated, finer touches, cookies and muffins and coffee waiting for me. There was even a bow on the toilet paper roll, and amenities in the bathroom. Felt like home. Brenda truly makes the apartment a B&B feel.

I stayed for a friend's wedding. Matthew and his wife were very friendly and accommodating. The place was cozy, comfortable, and exactly as described. I would definitely stay there again!

We lucked out choosing this location as we visited the week Summer decided to show up with a vengeance. Thank God for the A/C or this would have been unbearable. The location was very quiet, it felt like we were the only ones there. First visit to Ellicotville and we plan to return with family.

This place was absolutely perfect for our group of families on a ski weekend. The bedrooms were large and beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans and everything we needed to cook for a crowd. Best of all, the location was outstanding…right in front of the lift! The place was clean too! Highly recommend.

This place was perfect! had everything you could need without having to pay for the big house price. it was close enough to everything you could need, and although the place shared walls with other apartments, it felt very secluded and private. will definitely be looking into coming back in the winter!
