Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Northport

Our stay at Courtney’s home was perfect and we wish we had found this gem earlier in my son’s college years !

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The mattresses were so comfortable. The house was extremely clean. I’m one of those people that will clean a house all over again to meet my expectations and I didn’t feel the need to do so. I reached out to Zuly about something such as asking if she had an ironing board. She immediately called me back to apologize & check on my family and I . I looked out the window within minutes of our conversation to see the ironing board and other items needed being delivered right away. I Loved the modern farmhouse decor! It made us feel right at home! I will say being the house is surrounded by large trees that helped keep the house cool and a small creek behind the house the mosquitoes were assuring us of their presence but we didn’t let that bother us being that we spent most of our time indoors. There is a screened in back porch that made outdoor sitting comfortable. We will definitely be back! Thanks for the hospitality!

Our family (of 4 + dog) thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Alabama Beaver House. We utilized the convenient fire pit for s’mores every night and enjoyed exploring the surrounding woods. It was conveniently located 8 minutes from the tennis tournament we attended and about 15 minutes from all of our other activities (mini golf, bowling, swimming hole, University campus, and shopping). The house was clean, well kept, and had everything we needed. Also, our dog felt right at home. Christine was incredibly helpful and promptly answered my many questions throughout our stay.

Leah was the perfect host. She was responsive and so helpful. We would definitely stay at her beautiful home again. A perfect location if you are visiting the University of Alabama.

We had a wonderful stay at this property in Tuscaloosa. The home was exactly as described—spacious, clean, and more than big enough to accommodate our entire family comfortably. The neighborhood felt safe and quiet, which added to the overall relaxing experience. The hosts were incredibly gracious and very easy to reach whenever we had questions or needed anything. My only recommendation would be to include a mop for quick cleanups and a few extra trash bags so guests can easily manage their trash once everything is tidied up. Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay and would absolutely return!

We had such a wonderful stay in this lovely home! The house is clean, tidy, and well decorated with a fully stocked kitchen and comfortable furniture. There are lots of windows overlooking the lake and a screened in porch which was perfect for sipping morning coffee. It is close enough to Tuscaloosa and Northport to easily access shopping and restaurants. The owners recommended DePalma’s Italian kitchen which was fabulous and well worth the wait. We did a couple of local hikes, and the hilly, wooded landscape provided beautiful scenery. Even a brisk walk around the neighborhood was so peaceful and lovely. This home is large enough to comfortably accommodate a group with several bedrooms and a large bunkbed room. The beds and linens were cozy, and they provided more than enough bath towels and pillows! The owners of this place have gone above and beyond providing snacks, games, and recommendations on top of what would have already been a dreamy getaway! I can’t wait to return!!

Rented the place for my daughter’s graduation from the University of Alabama. It was a very nice place and perfect for our family! Wesley was very responsive! We would definitely stay again.

Amy proactively sent us detailed instructions in advance as the location is secluded and GPS doesn’t locate it well. Inside the unit has been nicely remodeled will many homely touches and quality furniture. Cleanliness from top to bottom was PRISTINE. Great stay and though secluded, the location is close to everything we needed. Thanks Amy!

We had a great time this weekend and everything was just as described. The outdoor living areas, outdoor activities, etc made a fantastic weekend semi unplugged. We enjoyed family time on the porch and around the fire. The top of the property behind the lake had a beautiful star gazing view! No one wanted to leave and we were discussing plans on coming back. Thanks again!

This was my second time staying here. For future trips, I plan to continue to check availability here first and stay here whenever it’s available. It’s a very peaceful and private place to stay. It’s clean and Denise is very helpful and makes sure we always have whatever we need to feel at home.

The cabin was beautiful, clean and perfect for our family during graduation weekend at UA.

Really cool cabin off the beaten path! Privacy galore! Very rustic! Lots of great views! Casey is easy to communicate with about your stay. There were six of us amd everyone slept comfortably. Lots of room to park. Nicely equipped! The Big Green Egg was a nice surprise too! I would like to stay there again when I’m back in town. Just a real rustic, cool, private cabin...!

Hannah's Camp was well-furnished with all the amenities needed for a comfortable, relaxing stay. It is off the beaten path with the nearest gas station and store being about 10 miles away. The kitchen and bathroom was well-stocked, as well. We were surprised to find the brand of coffee we enjoy on the coffee bar, too! We were there 3 nights. We spent a lot of time on the back deck and in the swing under the deck. It was a much needed break! The lake house did not disappoint! Monica and Eric were the best camp host we've ever had! They were so very helpful and checked on us several time. When i had a question or concern, I'd text and get an immediate response. If you go to or go through Hueytown, make sure you stop by Foster's Furniture. The store has the best prices! It's like a Kirklands mixed in with a furniture store. Lots of cute things! We will be visiting Hannah's Camp again, for sure! Thanks!
