This is my personal home in a quiet, family friendly neighborhood in the south part of town, minutes from downtown, UA, the Riverwalk, amphitheater, nightlife, restaurants & stores. The primary bedroom has a plush, cozy king bed & double vanity in the en suite bathroom. There are queen beds in the other 2 bedrooms. The LR comfortably seats 6. We have high speed WiFi & smart TVs. The fully equipped kitchen seats 6. The outside patio has more eating space & lounge area where smoking is allowed.

Charming Retreat, 3 miles from the U of A campus

One king in the master, a queen in the second and third bedrooms and a pullout sofa in the living room and the den. Well appointed, cute home. Play cornhole in the large backyard. One mile from great shopping at Midtown.

Charming home in Northport historical district!

Our home is a quaint little house located in the historical district of Northport. We have plenty of parking, homemade goodies for breakfast or snacks, stocked coffee bar, and a cozy comfortable environment. We are only 1.4 miles from the U of A, close to downtown Northport and close to restaurants and shopping.

Room for Everybody

There is room for everyone. There are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms upstairs and a bedroom and bathroom with 2 other huge gathering or entertaining rooms in the basement. You won't even know the kids are downstairs. We also just built a brand new deck and installed a new back door off the kitchen into the backyard.
