This elegant home provides privacy & seclusion but is minutes from town. There is a large pond behind the home. This is my personal home in a quiet, family friendly neighborhood in the south part of town, minutes from downtown, UA, the Riverwalk, amphitheater, nightlife, restaurants & stores. The primary bedroom has a plush, cozy king bed & double vanity in the en suite bathroom. There are queen beds in the other 2 bedrooms. The LR comfortably seats 6. We have high speed WiFi & smart TVs. The fully equipped kitchen seats 6. The outside patio has more eating space & lounge area where smoking is allowed.

We are only 1.4 miles from the U of A, close to downtown Northport and close to restaurants and shopping.
