Mukava, siisti talo rauhallisella alueella. Puusauna oli ihana!

We fall in love with this house. It has a lot of great moment to offer. You can walk on the frozen lake, playing snow around the house, and even seeing aurora from the house window. Love the surroundings! The amenities are also great. Thank you host for the great house with excellent service.

Wir waren zu viert in der Wohnung und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Ilkka hat uns persönlich begrüßt. Das Haus liegt nahe der Straße und ist auch im Winter gut mit dem Auto erreichbar. Die Sauna ist prima, die Betten bequem und das Sofa neu. Gewürze und Kaffee waren vorhanden. Ilkka hat uns Langlaufski und Schneeschuhe günstig organisiert und eine Loipe für uns gespurt, die hinter dem Haus losging. Polarlichter haben wir auch 2x gesehen. Alles war super unkompliziert. Gerne wieder. Vielen Dank.

Pysähdyimme vauvan ja kahden teini-ikäisen kanssa matkalla pohjoiseen. Pitkän ajon jälkeen oli mukavaa käydä saunassa, sekä oleskella väljästi, kun jokaiselle löytyi omaa tilaa. Positiivinen yllätys oli, että saimme auton talliin. Oli ihanaa nauttia huoneistoon kuuluvasta maittavista aamiaisesta. Paikka oli loistava levähdyspaikka meidän poppoolle. Mukavaa jatkaa matkaa levänneenä. Tulemme varmasti toistekin. Kiitos ystävällisestä palvelusta!

This place is the best to stay with your family amid the beauty of the natural, the owner is very friendly and helpful, I really recommend it

Das Haus ist außergewöhnlich, wunderschön und direkt am See gelegen. Die Einrichtung ist natürlich, modern und mit viel Holz; wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an sehr wohl gefühlt. Zu beachten ist die sehr abgeschiedene Lage; die nächste Einkaufsmöglichkeit (Supermarkt) ist ca. 15 Fahrminuten entfernt. Aber mit entsprechender Planung ist auch das kein Problem. Wir haben die ruhige idyllische Lage sehr genossen.

We had a lovely stay with our two children ages 1 and 3. Natalia went above and beyond with fresh flowers and groceries for breakfast, this was a really thoughtful touch to the stay. There were gates for the top and bottom of the stairs that gave us peace of mind with the children. The home is cozy and attractively decorated. The location is breathtaking right on the lake with an authentic sauna and barbecue hut available to use. We highly recommend this home and location if you're looking for a traditional private lake cabin. We really enjoyed the remote location, note that it is 20-30 minutes to Rovaniemi and as described, make sure to come with a vehicle that can drive on dirt and gravel roads.

Erittäin siistit ja toimivat tilat. Hyvä varustelutaso kaikin puolin. Kylpyhuoneessa oli saippuat, shampoot, ja muutakin peruskosmetiikkatuotteita. Majoittaja oli hyvissä ajoin etukäteen yhteydessä käytännön asioista, ja kaikki kommunikaatio toimi erittäin hienosti. Koira oli matkassa, ja lähellä on mukavia lenkkeilypaikkoja. Suosittelen vahvasti!

Me and my partner really loved the stay at Martti´s place - the place was clean and cozy and very close to the Ruka Ski Center. The sauna heated up quickly, the view from the balcony and bedroom window was just amazing! Will definitely visit again and suggest this place to my friends!

Es war eine sehr schöne Unterkunft, mit einer tollen Lage gemütlich eingerichtet tollen Blick auf dem See und einem ausgesprochen guten Karma. Die Holzsauna und die Abkühlung im See eine wahre Erfrischung. Gern waren wir dort, ausgesprochen nette Gastgeber. Kommunikation hat sehr gut geklappt beim, nächsten Trip zum Nordkap dann wieder.

Es war ein Traum! Das Haus ist sehr schön gelegen. Ideal für Skifahrer, aber auch zum wandern und erkunden lädt es ein. Mit dem Kamin im Wohnzimmer bekommt man eine wundervolle Atmosphäre! Die Kommunikation lief perfekt und man kann Vorort schöne Touren buchen

Meillä oli toinen kerta tässä ihanassa kohteessa. Tässä kohteessa on miellyttävä sisustus. Siistiä, selkeää ja puhdasta. Hyvät sängyt nukkumiseen, puhtaat hyvät ja laadukkaat peitot-ja tyynyt. Kaikki tarpeellinen varustus löytyy niin keittiöstä kuin muualtakin. Silityslautakin saatiin, kun tarvittiin. Aivan loistavaa palvelua. Voin suositella lämpimästi.

Majoittaja vastasi viesteihin ystävällisesti ja osoitti joustavuutta. Sijainti mainio ulkoilun kannalta koska ladut ja talvi ulkoilureitit mukavasti 50m päässä Talvijärven jäällä. Kauppaan ja kylälle lyhyt matka.

We had an absolutely amazing time at Otso Lodge in Lapland! The cabin was beautiful and provided the perfect setting for a relaxing getaway. The view from the cabin was simply breathtaking—truly a tranquil retreat. The weather was also fantastic this time of year, which made our experience even better. We were able to enjoy some fantastic activities close to the lodge, including a thrilling husky safari and a visit to a local farm, both of which were unforgettable experiences. It was also incredibly peaceful to simply walk around the area and take in the stunning natural surroundings. Overall, Otso Lodge provided us with the perfect blend of adventure and relaxation, and we would highly recommend it to anyone looking to experience the beauty of Lapland!

Die Unterkunft von Ulla hat uns so gut gefallen, dass wir am liebsten hier eingezogen wären. Die Hütte war sauber, gut ausgestattet (bis auf Bettwäsche/Handtücher, diese sind mitzubringen!) und hatte einen traumhaften Ausblick aufs Wasser. Ulla selbst war sehr freundlich im Kontakt und der CheckIn unkompliziert. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Ihan mieletön mökki kauniin järven lähellä. Todella kauniisti sisustettu, rauhallinen tunnelma. Oli erittäin positiivinen kokemus ja ehdottomasti suosittelen myös muille. Kiitos kun saimme olla ihanassa mökissänne!

Yhteydenpito majoittajan kanssa oli sujuvaa ja nopeaa. Mökistä löytyi kaikki tarvittava ja vähän enemmänkin. Kesäkukat ovenpielessä toivat heti tervetulleen olon. Erittäin siisti mökki ja aivan ihana rantasauna! Paljon tuli rannassa oltua, saunattua ja suppailtua. Kaiken kruunasi mielettömän hienot maisemat! Suosittelen!

It was a beautiful stay for our Finland trip. Definitely big plus points for the nice open kitchen and fireplace, everything was there to cook in the evening and enjoy a nice movie. The sauna space is also very comfortable. Another nice feature was the carport and small shed with tools for bikes and ski stuff, all you need for a little adventure in the North. We would highly recommend this place :) The only minor critique is that you are quite close to other houses and lack some privacy.

Mökki vastasi kuvausta ja sijainniltaan rauhallinen. Perille oli helppo löytää ja mökkitie oli hyvässä kunnossa. Ranta sopivassa kohtaa Simojokea, kun oli rauhallinen virtaus. Uinnin jälkeen oli mukava mennä saunan lempeisiin löylyihin 🙂

So peaceful and a great place to relax! I traveled with my 3 year old son and after he was in bed I could enjoy the sauna and the hot tube as the facilities were all in the same place. I could hear him if he woke up. Jenny was such a great host and made our stay absolutely incredible! Great things to do around with kids, from nature trails to theme parks. Highly recommend!
