Located only a couple of minutes walk from a small sandy beach in the pristine Kemijoki, the biggest river of Finland. A perfect relaxation base where you can let the Midnight Sun sink in. Wooden cottage by the lake. Enjoy peace and quiet, explore the surrounding woodland, pick berry or try fishing. Woodland trails for hiking and mountain biking. Rowing boat. Lake share is shallow and suitable also for children. Electric lighting and heating. Outdoor Sauna by wooden stove. Hot and cold water (drinkable) from tap. Air conditions (living room and both of bed rooms), Fridge/freezer, coffee maker, microwave, electric oven and hobs. The nearest market in Posio 20 km from cottage.

Villa Pahta, More than just accommodation! PEACE!

A beautiful area only a 15 min drive from the city centre. Our cozy villa (280m2) is a unique place to spend a holiday near the city, yet in a very peaceful environment, surrounded by the wild nature. You can sit by the bonfire. Whenever the Aurora Borealis appear on the sky, it is easy to see them, because there is no artificial light other than the lights of the our villa. (much better than city centre) I also offer a real Santa Claus visit to my Villa for a small additional fee.

The villa is located on a private peninsula. From the windows you can see an unique panoramic view of the lake. The distance to the beach is only 25 meters. You are in complete peace in the middle of nature. It takes only 55 minutes to Rovaniemi City by car on a quiet road (Santa's village) and to Ranua 40 minutes (Ranua Zoo).

Our peaceful remote cabin offers you everyhting you might need to let go off your stress and experince the best in Lapland. Beautiful views, traditional sauna experience, and sitting by the bonfire is included in the price. Good spot to see the northern lights. Summertime is also full of activities, rowning around an island, fishing (lots of pike), berries, nightless nights etc. We are located 25 km from the center of Rovaniemi, in the most amazing spot you can find in the area.

Rauhallinen ainutlaatuinen paikka. Talo kaikilla mukavuuksilla. Käytössäsi on palju, puusauna, sähkösauna, soutuvene ja kalastusvälineitä. Kesällä voit nauttia ympärillä virtaavasta joesta uiden, soutaen tai kalastaen. Talvella ylläsi on tähtitaivas ja ehkä jopa revontulet. Talvella voit hiihtää, kävellä tai moottorikelkkailla joen jäällä. Merelle on mökiltä matkaa noin 2 kilometriä. Soveltuu erinomaisesti yöpymiseen tai pidempiaikaiseen majouttumiseen.

Glamping in Aurora Igloo

Experience our unique Aurora igloo. Clamping near the city centre but still next to the forest. See and feel the frost around you but enjoy the warmness of the real fire and down blanket. Enjoy Lapland! We have only one igloo in our garden and it is one of a kind! You may also use the garden around for winter fun activities. We have sledges and shuffles for your use. There is no jacuzzi/hot tub or sauna available in this accommodation I am afraid.

Koppla av med familjen i detta fridfulla boende, i vackra Båtskärsnäs, nära Frevisörens camping (Nordiclapland) med bad och aktiviteter. Gästers husdjur är välkomna. Vid förbokning kan vi erbjuda tillgång till vedeldad badtunna utomhus och uthyrning av kajaker. Från Båtskärsnäs går även populära båtturer ut i skärgården och på vintern har vi fina isar och skidspår. Sparkar, pulkor och snöskor finns att låna.
