Vacation rentals with a fire pit in North Side

We were 4 adult and 1 dog and we stayed at Matthew's place, everything went smooth and easy to feel at home, parking spot and great location of the house make us everything easier, it was so fast to get to the downtonw in lees than 20 minutes. Matthew was always responsive to all our questions, I definitely will search for this place to sray on my next trip to chicago.

Tony was very nice and responsive and even put our groceries that accidentally arrived early in the fridge for us!

My family and I had a fantastic stay! The space was exactly as described; clean, stylish, and thoughtfully designed. Check-in was smooth, and Adam was super helpful throughout our visit. We especially appreciated the backyard for our dogs . The location was perfect. It was close to everything we needed but still quiet and peaceful. Would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend to anyone visiting the area!

This place was amazing! My friends and I were scared about the parking at first but it was pretty easy. Instructions were really clear and the host was really amazing with their communications. The area that the home was located in felt safe and is pretty quiet. The home itself had great designs and decorations which made the home feel really cozy to me. I would definitely stay here again and I recommend it to others who are traveling to Chicago.

We had a great stay at this place. The location is very nice. Get to be outside of downtown still while close enough to visit whenever you’d like. The retro vibes of the home itself is very cozy and unique. Will definitely book again if we ever come back.

I loved the little cottage. Quiet neighborhood, felt safe. Restaurants were walkable. Reached out to Marilyn for a breakfast recommendation and checked out bacon and jam, amazing. House was easy to find. Clear instructions. Felt at home.

Song’s place was perfect for our family trip to Chicago!

We really enjoyed our stay here! Perfect for two people. This place is really cute and unique. Love the decor and seeing all the cool art projects. This place was within a couple miles of all the places we wanted to see, especially Soldier Field, so a Uber/taxi ride was cheap and very convenient. Super cute neighborhood too with beautiful row houses both modern and original. It is a nice quiet neighborhood as well and we felt very safe! We would recommend the Iklektik/Blue Jay house to anyone visiting Chicago that wants a comfortable and cozy experience!

Local street fair made parking ridiculous, but the house was perfect, the neighborhood delightful, and the weather was perfect! Looking forward to another opportunity to book again!

What can I say??? Yolanda’s place was super clean, easy to get to and very comfortable and up to date on every level. We felt right at home and was within walking distance to our son’s apartment. We love Chicago and staying here made it even more enjoyable. Pictures do not do justice to. We will stay here again when we’re in Chicago again.

Jim was a fantastic host. Very responsive and timely in his communications and support for our needs during our stay in their place. Their home was comfortable and well appointed with additional amenities you don't often see in AirBnB spaces, like N'espresso appliances and supplies. We would definitely consider repeat visits! He was available without delay and really seemed like a kind person. The location is wonderful whether you're looking for safe and simple stay or a trip into city. Highly recommend!

We loved the coziness and privacy of the place, it was such a welcome hideaway after our busy days sight seeing in downtown Chicago. The blue line train stop became our bestie because it got us downtown and back relatively quickly (30-40 min) and direct. The neighborhood was nice, walkable and we got pretty gorgeous weather. The space was clean and welcoming with all the needed necessities. So comfortable and clean, and it smelled so nice when we arrived. The bathroom was clean and bright with plenty of clean linens. We saw Jordan out walking the dog a few times but they made a point to give us good space, and responded quickly when we needed the door lock battery changed after checking. Would absolutely recommend and hope we get to visit again!

Such a great place to stay. Nice accommodations for two people or more. The dining room table was perfect for meals or a puzzle or game night. The apartment is comfortable, light and airy and was very clean. I stayed 3 weeks and had a terrific time exploring a very interesting neighborhood. Perfect for walking and going to shops and restaurants Everything you could need was there with nice kitchen supplies for meals at home. Brett was easy to reach and always responsive. I would recommend this apartment to anyone coming to Chicago. I hope to stay there again next year. Thanks Brett for a great stay. Best, T
