Vacation rentals with lake access in North Side

Great home and location. Safe neighborhood, walkable to restaurants, shopping, beach. Home was clutter free, clean and well maintained. Beds were comfortable and we had plenty of supplies for duration of stay (fresh towels, blankets, paper products, soap, shampoo, conditioner, etc.) Rooftop deck with nice view. Host was very responsive with any questions and communicated well. House was perfect size for our group of 6. We appreciate Rasheed making our stay perfect! Will stay here again in the future.

Great location, close to all the action but just far enough to be peaceful. We loved having the back deck to sit outside and relax before a night out. I would absolutely recommend this location for a weekend or even longer.

This house was just as described on the website. It was in a great location. The house is beautiful and clean. Walking distance to Wrigley, many restaurants and also the train. We really enjoyed our stay.

We absolutely lived this place-enough room for our family and well appointed. Located in a great walkable area and close to the train! We are looking forward to returning!

Kirsten provided everything we needed. She was able to provide a crib, high chair, books, toys and bath toys for our grandchildren, which was very helpful. The park across the street was so much fun for the kids. The place was very clean and the kitchen was stocked with everything that could possibly be needed. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in the Evanston, IL area.

This was a fantastic find! My whole party loved the place. It was clean and wonderfully located in a peaceful neighborhood close enough to transport to walk but far enough from the noise and bustle of downtown. Shawn was very responsive to any questions I had and was super kind and friendly! I absolutely would stay here again!!

Had a great 2 night stay. Everything was clean and exactly as pictures and described. Very cute decor/theme. The layout was great for us, family with older teens. Lots of space and TVs. Great restaurants and some shopping within walking distance. Really good value. Walk to the beach and trails. We were in town for a nearby event and really enjoyed the area this place was in. Host was very responsive and answered questions beforehand. We had no issues with our stay at all and would absolutely recommend.

Great stay in Edgewater. Big enough for our family of six to spread out. Had what we needed in the kitchen to prepare meals. Whole Foods is an easy walk away. Easy to find street parking in the neighborhood. Quiet inside the apartment and nice area to walk around. Highly recommend if you want a little more peace and quiet after exploring the city.

This home was the perfect little getaway. Perfect for visiting family and friends in the area with lots to do in places to eat, etc. the host was exceptionally helpful and friendly. I highly recommend.

Jessica’s place was perfect for a weekend trip to Chicago with family. She was a very responsive and helpful host. We loved how walkable the location was - it was so easy to grab a coffee or bite and check out the farmer’s market and zoo. We highly recommend her space!

We enjoyed our stay in this apartment very much. It is nicely appointed with comfortable furnishings and up to date decor. The neighborhood is quiet and lovely, just a short walk to restaurants, shops and trains. Michelle was responsive and very easy to deal with. We would rent here again next time we're in town.

This was a great little apartment. It was clean and there were plenty of staples in the kitchen, which helps on the first day before having a chance to go to the market. Mark was very proactive and available when needed. He gave recommendations on Thursday for fun on the weekend. The neighborhood is perfect. It was very walkable and the houses were beautiful. The place is close to a Main Street with plenty of shops and close to the red line train and other buses which take you straight to downtown. I had no problem getting around the city on public transportation. I plan on going back! It was one of my favorite AirBnB experiences thus far. Thanks Mark!!!

I absolutely loved Lisa and Nathan’s place. It was exactly as advertised - a beautiful property (photos do not capture how nice this place really is). Aside from the great place and location is how responsive they were. My schedule was in flux while traveling and they were so flexible making sure my stay met my expectations. I also liked how quick they responded when I reached out about the heat (it was very cold in Chicago at the time). They immediately offered to send the building engineer to take a look - and it turns out I just didn’t know how to work the remote for the heat. The heat was fine - it was just user error on my part. But I respected how quickly they followed up with me to make sure everything was fine and that I was comfortable. Will definitely rent again next time I am in town. I can highly recommend their place.

Rashad was a great host! This was my second time staying at this listing and I specifically was looking for it. It's at a very convenient location. A few blocks away from a road that is a straight shot into the city, takes maybe 15 minutes which I really appreciated. As far as the stay, my friend and I got there a couple hours early with the intention of coming back later to check in since we drove separately but Rashad saw us, came over and let us check in early! He was so kind and funny. The listing is on the bottom of a three-floor building but it's completely private. Inside had everything we could need during our long weekend stay and the check out instructions were simple and reasonable. Thank you, Rashad for providing a safe, clean, and welcoming space for my friend and I! It helped make the stay in Chicago much more enjoyable and I know I will be looking for this listing the next time I'm back!
