Everything great! The place was super nice and exactly as described. Christian is super nice and totally uncomplicated – made everything easy and was super helpful and accommodating. I felt completely comfortable.

Karsten and Dirk have designed the small accommodation very lovingly. I felt right at home! Everything necessary is available. The small terrace overlooks the garden with a southern flair. The location to the city center is optimal, especially by public transport. Communication with the hosts is helpful and prompt. I can only recommend it!

The place is really ideal for dog owners. It is practical but still nicely decorated, there is a direct connection to the garden and I felt very safe there as a solo traveler. You have direct access to dirt roads and a lot of peace. The landlady is extremely friendly and helpful. I would always book the place again

Highly recommended - we were warmly welcomed and had a very spacious and super clean apartment and felt very comfortable right away. The location is also perfect, within walking distance are supermarkets, bakeries etc. The apartment was also very nicely furnished, nothing was missing. Thank you!

Andreas's place is located on the outskirts of Koblenz on the top-floor of a high-rise building. I stayed there during a business trip to Koblenz. The location suited me well, including a well-served bus stop nearby. It was quiet and I could sleep well. Would book again.

Dream House! I only stayed one night in this wonderful house because I was passing through, but I will definitely come back and stay longer with my family! Quiet and impeccable place surrounded by nature. The cleanliness of the house was phenomenal. The house has everything you need to spend a few dreamy days! And the view from the terrace is beautiful. We were more than satisfied. The listing is as described. Even small things were available such as kitchen (spices), in the bathroom (everything you need in addition such as shower room, shampoo) and very special, we found, bite fruit, sweets and surprise in the fridge. Which we don't take for granted. If we are around again, we will definitely check in again. Thank you very much.

My wife and I were allowed to spend three wonderful days in this accommodation – and we honestly couldn't have asked for anything better. The apartment was not only extremely clean and tastefully decorated, but also radiated a special warmth and coziness, in which you feel right at home. Communication with the host was warm, fast and consistently reliable – you immediately notice that a lot of love and commitment is put into the work here. Also the location was ideal, quiet and yet well connected. In every respect, we felt very welcome and valued. Thank you so much for the great hospitality – we would love to come back anytime!

We felt very comfortable in Kaya's small house and also enjoyed sitting in the quiet garden in the evening.

A nice house with plenty of space, in a pleasant area. The kitchen is very well equipped and I loved the fact that all of the cupboards and drawers had little labels on to show what was inside - a handy little touch. The dining area is very comfortable with a large, sturdy table. We stayed for a couple of nights during a period of very warm weather and really appreciated the fact that it was easy to open the very large windows and get a nice breeze blowing through. The only slight drawbacks were a slow-draining shower, a lack of comfy living room furniture (one nice chair - the other two items are IKEA pull-out beds with hard backs), the very heavy door on the dishwasher (the door tension is broken, so it opened without any resistance and nearly flattened the dog!) and a missing garden gate so the dogs had to be kept on their leashes when in the garden, but these are very minor things when compared to the positive points about the accommodation. I would happily stay there again.

1 week with family (2E+2Teens) very well spent. Leverkusen was originally only targeted for football. But very good for things to do to Cologne, Bonn, Wuppertal,Aachen with public transport (bus & train) with German ticket. Apartment, especially kitchen, was well equipped, especially Senseo coffee machine (because I also liked it at home). In every room, we did not need an air conditioner, but we did not need it...because of the attic in the hot summer. If friends/acquaintances want to go to the area, I would definitely recommend the apartment to you.

I was a guest in Kerstin's accommodation with my family. Kerstin and Kalle are incredibly great and thoughtful hosts. We were warmly welcomed and felt right at home. The apartment is lovingly furnished and offers plenty of space for everything. The winter garden and the terrace are a dream and invite you to relax. Shopping and business opportunities are close by. We really didn't miss anything. We felt completely comfortable and would be happy to come back!
