Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind einfach zu Fuß oder mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln zu erreichen. Die U-Bahnhaltestelle Christophstraße/Mediapark liegt 5 Minuten vom Haus entfernt. Ich biete begrenzte Parkmöglichkeiten gegen Gebühr, Reservierung unbedingt erforderlich. W-Lan ist im gesamten Haus kostenfrei nutzbar. Es gibt einen Gemeinschaftsaufenthaltsraum.

We live in a beautiful little paradise in a former dance hall. A magnificent kitchen in the loft style crowns the room for coziness. This room is beautifully bright and faces west. The view goes directly to an incredibly beautiful plane tree past the countryside. This room is also close to the road, where the train honks every half hour. It's important that you know this because it's important to us that you feel at ease.

The highlight of this treehouse is a large panorama window that offers you an unparalleled view of the surrounding nature right from your bed. Designed for two people, the tree house has its own bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. Of course, we will provide you with bed linen and towels so that you can enjoy your stay to the fullest.

It offers a private room with a single bed and bath in a former hotel, which has now been used as an office and residential building since 2012. The room is normally equipped and has a beautiful view to the stadium (BayArena). Unfortunately, breakfast and kitchen CANNOT be offered.
