"Felix" apartment in Senden, near Münster

The small apartment is located in the building of the former ship museum, directly on the Dortmund Ems Canal on the edge of the Senden industrial park. The room is ideal for one person, but the space is also enough for two! The apartment is completely separated from the apartment of the main house. Private entrance and private parking right in front of the apartment. Once a week an Irish folk band rehearses in the building. You hardly notice it in the apartment and it's over at 10 pm.

Modern apartment between Düsseldorf and Cologne

You would live in the small village called “Meigen”. It is very close to the city centre of Solingen. The drive to the city centre is about 5 min. with the car and 10 with the bus. You can park your car almost in front of the apartment. The train station „SG-Mitte“ is also very close. By foot you will need around 20 minutes, with the car only 5 minutes. If you want to ride to Düsseldorf or Cologne you can easily take the train (30-40 min.) or your car (same time), perfect for fairgoers.

Our newly renovated, large apartment is part of a historic square courtyard. On the upper floor there is a large, cozy kitchen-living room with great views and a fireplace, merging into an open living room, as well as two spacious bedrooms, each with a double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m) and a wardrobe. Cozy apartment furnished with a lot of love in an old half-timbered house. Separate entrance, sunny terrace.. here only the birds "disturb". The property is at the end of a dead end in the middle of forest and meadows. Great for hikers and bikers, starting right outside. In our cozy country house apartment on the edge of the village you can relax wonderfully and enjoy “life in the country.” Whether for a break from everyday stress, for creative work in the home office in the countryside or for visiting friends and family, you will not lack anything in Hörste. The village-famous “Villa Kunterbunt,” from 1911, once housed the Hörste post office. At that time, the apartment served as a stable for the stagecoach.

"Der Schuppen" comfortable cottage in Kessenich

"Der Schuppen" is a former workshop, which I have converted into a modern, small feel-good house. They live centrally, but surrounded by greenery, at the foot of Venusberg.
