Enjoy the ease of life at this peaceful, centrally-located place. Air conditioning, Air-source heat pump. Drive-up access right to the door. Wi-Fi connection 2 bedrooms, living room with kitchenette, sauna. 3 floors. Please bring your own linens (considering the price and quality, this is a really good deal for frequent travelers). Kajaani Airport is 90 km (56 miles) away, and Oulu Airport is 160 km (99 miles) away. Great views of the lake and the Kainuu mountains. (Slopes 100 m away.) Ski, hike, or just sit back and relax. On the B side, Ukkohalla's services are a 700-meter walk away.

Completed in 2014, our cottage is located in Paljakka, close to ski trails and mountain biking trails. The cottage's facilities are located on two floors. The glass railed terrace, which is the width of the entire cabin, gives you the opportunity to sense the peace of nature in both winter and summer. In the yard there is a wood storage, a campfire site and a hot tub. A lot to use from April to October, for a separate fee. Pets are prohibited. Distances: Tourist center in Ukkoha 26 km. Shops: Puolanka center 30 km and Ristijärvi 26 km.

Renovated semi-detached house (2br, 67sqm) in a quiet location, 5 km from Ruka. 500 m to the cross-country skiing track, 100 m to the snowmobile trail, and 4 km to the grocery store. The apartment is great for families or a group of friends. The floor plan is such that the smaller bedroom and the separate toilet are separated from the rest of the apartment by a door, so privacy is available. A nice atmosphere is created by an open fireplace, sauna, a terrace, and a forest landscape as a bonus.
