In a private house in a quiet location (6 km to the centre), a "studio": a bedroom and its own renovated bathroom and SAUNA, in addition a utility room with a kitchenarea. The space has a microwave oven, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, small fridge, dishes and tea, coffee, sugar, oatmeal. There is no stove or oven in the apartment. I live in the same building. There is an indoor dog in the apartment. Guests have their own entrance and the space can be locked. Free parking space and free 5G-wifi.

Apartment/beach sauna near KARHUNKIERROS

You will stay safely in a separate apartment with its own entrance. Quiet location on the shore of the beautiful Ylä-Juumajärvi, about 2 km from Juuma village, 3 km from Pieni Karhunkierros, near Oulanka National Park. Nearby are wonderful nature sites: Karhunkierrokset, Riisitunturi, Ruka, Kiutaköngäs, etc. You can make day trips to nearby destinations. The beach sauna is at your disposal and we will advise you on how to heat it. WiFi available. The price includes linens and towels for three.

Spacious 30 sqm space separated from the main apartment by a lockable interior door. The room has its own entrance from the staircase. Private bathroom. The kitchenette has a refrigerator, microwave, coffee and kettle, and dishes. Linens and towels included. Travel cot available for small children. The room is on the top floor of an apartment building with an elevator. You have a parking space with a heating post. The main apartment is home to a cat that has also visited the room for rent.

Sisältää puusaunan, viihtyisän pesuhuoneen, pienen mutta kätevän keittiön sekä vuodesohvan yläpuolelle avautuvan lasikaton, josta mahtavat taivas näkymät. Lisäksi terassiin on upotettu poreamme, jota vuokrataan erillisellä hinnalla. Pihalla on autopaikka lämmityksellä. Sviitissä on nopea wifi-yhteys. Keittiöstä löytyy kaikki kokkaamiseen tarvittavat perusvälineet uunia lukuun ottamatta.

Small but cozy room

Our room for hire is it’s own space which is in touch with outbuilding. There is 120cm wide bed in the room. Other equipment we have are small fridge, electric kettle, microwave oven and tableware. We offer you also tea and instant coffee on the house. There is own parking place for your car and place to plug car heater on. In the summer you are welcomed to sit and hang around in the big yard. Yard is shared with the house owners. Please note that there is no TV or WiFi in the room!!!

Cozy and quiet apartment.

In this unique and peaceful holiday resort in the middle of a beautiful rural environment, it is easy to relax. The living room has a sleeping alcove with a double bed and a sofa that can be used as an extra bed. The cabin also has a toilet/bathroom and a kitchen. The apartment has heating and air conditioning. Linens and towels are included in the price. I'll pick you up at the airport/train station. The accommodation is located about 10 km/10 min drive from the city center.

A small suite near the train station

Oulu railway station is 50 m away. The suite offers no other wonderful experience. There are more upscale hotel rooms nearby :) This modest and small - really small - second floor apartment of less than 29 m2 has its own entrance from the spiral staircase, which may be challenging for some dogs (or people). The house is from 1986. A ventilation renovation is planned for autumn 2024. Bed linen, towels, soap, tea, coffee and apple or orange juice are included in the price.

Personalized small home

The property is located in a quiet residential area, in the yard of a detached house, about 15km from the center of Oulu. The apartment is in mint condition, has sleeping accommodations for two and an air mattress for a third if necessary. On the second floor there is a bedroom with a double bed. Other things to note: There is a folder on the table in the hallway with some instructions for the renter regarding the apartment, be sure to read it, thank you.

Very cozy studio with small kitchen and bathroom. This is suitable for 2 adults (+ 2 children.) The location is great, very near of city center of Kuusamo. Ski bus goes to Ruka from very near of the house ( 50 metres). The supermarket is located 100 metres of the house. There is a cross-country ski run very near ( 100 m) as well possibility to ice-skate.
