Kid-friendly vacation rentals in North Miami

Beautiful space, especially the backyard with the hot tub and all the fresh fruit! Beds were comfortable and kitchen was stocked. The beach chairs and towels were super convenient. Closest beach was about a 15-18 minute drive. Daniel and Orlando were wonderful hosts. Would definitely recommend!

Juan is a professional in what he does. The house is beautiful, welcoming, really clean and full of comfort. He is attentive to all the details, and very accommodating to requests, he makes you feel at home. Thank you for all the attention you have had for me and my family, it was a pleasure to stay in your house.

This home was absolutely amazing. We planned to go a lot of places, but this air bnb has everything you need. Took my husband as a surprise gift for Father’s Day. He really enjoyed himself. We will definitely be back. Thanks Romy!!!!

An amazing place if you want peace and quiet in Miami. Easy access to all places. The house is beautiful, practical and with very good features. Laura is always attentive to answer, and Javier is a treat. I have no doubt that when I return to Miami, I will inquire about this accommodation again. Thank you for everything.

My coworker and I were in Miami again for the F1 race, as it's only about 30 minutes to Hard Rock (Dolphins) Stadium. We saw Anamaria's listing and immediately booked it. It's so quiet and peaceful there. It's at the end of a single-entrance side street with zero traffic, and the yard is full of thick, beautiful vegetation. If you want privacy, then this is for you. We never heard a single soul while staying there. The backyard is just as private. Although we didn't use the pool, we did take advantage of the charcoal grill. You won't be disappointed if you stay here.

Pari’s home is even better than described! The backyard, pool and spa felt like our own private slice of paradise. Our hosts were immediately responsive to any questions we had, and even helped me troubleshoot my laptop’s configuration to join their network within a minute of me sending them a question. The house is wonderfully convenient to South Beach and all things east of its location. We stayed there for my daughter’s college graduation from University of Miami, and I have to admit we did not accurately understand how much traffic there can be at all times of the day getting from us to UoM! That just meant we had to adjust our schedules a bit, but everyone agreed there was place better to stay in Miami, and nowhere else we want to stay when we go back!

If you’re indecisive (like me), look no further, Gerardo’s place was a great home to stay. The check in process was seamless and really convenient. I unfortunately dealt with the air going out but Gerardo was super apologetic and proactive in ensuring the maintenance guy came to fix it . The maintenance man was also nice! That wasn’t something you can predict but him acting swiftly made the experience way more manageable . His communication and kindness was unmatched . The home was clean and had cooking tools and food utensils to prepare a meal. Even a washer and dryer for that “homey feel”. You may want to bring your own laundry pods for a load but there’s plenty cleaning supplies.If I ever visit Miami again, no indecisiveness at all, I’d be here. Thanks again Gerardo!

Place felt very safe. Shower was nice, with good pressure. Bed was comfortable and AC was spot on!

This place and the hosts stood up to all the previous reviews. Loved the comfy bed, the awesome parking, the privacy and easy check in process. Pool is beautiful. Everything was meticulously cleaned. Had everything needed for a comfy stay. Host was personable and extremely helpful. I honestly never stay in “guesthouse” situations, but this one is set up like a private home. So glad I took a chance, will stay again!

Gina was a great host. Her property was cute and cozy and the perfect getaway for my partner and I. Her and her team were not only responsive but super friendly. The private outdoor area was a great addition to the property. We hung out outside and enjoyed the great Miami weather. Though we did not use it, there was also a barbecue available. Would definitely recommend booking!

What can I say? Second time in a row getting this Airbnb.. and then to find out there’s more locations under, Matthew. Pretty sure I’ll keep sticking to his places because I felt right at home with this one

The place was clean and clutter free! My only qualm is that the shower setup left the floor very wet. There was a towel (like any hotel) for when you step out of the shower but the excess water called for more towels to be added to it. Other than that, we had a very good experience in our room.

This is a great place! Very clean and equipped with everything you may need! The host was very accommodating and responsive. I’d stay again.

The apartment was really spotless, just as it looks in the photos and complying with everything the description indicated. From the closet with the elements of beach and pool to the kitchen very complete the apartment has everything you need to be very comfortable, the building also has all the amenities such as a small supermarket, pool, etc.

Host was super helpful and communicative. Apartment was accurately described by the photos. Washer and dryer a huge plus! Convent location and great amenities. Would recommend.

This place is really fantastic. It's in a great location near the beach. Lots of restaurants nearby. It has a wonderful view facing north and you can see a bit of the ocean. It's a pretty new building and you can really tell. Everything is spotless. I like to walk for exercise and this is a block from the boardwalk where you can go miles at a time.

Thank you Rod and Vanessa! We have been on a lot of family trips using AirBnB and this was hands down the best one. Every single thing about the property was great. I can’t find a single complaint about the stay. The condo was pristine, Rod and Vanessa were super responsive, and overall the location was perfect. Tons of things to do, the amenities were great, and the condo is in a great area. Rod even stopped by and dropped off donuts one of the days which was an awesome touch. Would 10/10 recommend staying here and will be back again.

Ighor was a good host — very communicative. He gave us plenty of helpful information about places to visit and where to buy groceries. The place was comfortable and perfectly located. We really enjoyed our stay!

My family enjoyed our stay in Miami very much. We were able to walk to the grocery stores, the park, and many restaurants around the area. Cory’s place was clean and peaceful. Everyone we met in the building was friendly. Our kids enjoyed swimming in the beautiful pool every day. Thank you!
