Perfect house for the larger company who wants to be close to the sea and be able to enjoy time together in a large garden and nice patio with sun from morning to night. The plot of the house is in connection to a marina where a nice boat ramp to be able to launch your own boat is available. Cliffs and beach baths close by. Oxelösund is an amazing archipelago town with many gems to visit. Good transport links with highway only to Oxelösund. 10 minutes by car to Nyköping and only 1 hour to Stockholm.

Welcome to our newly built 60 sqm airy lake cottage at Slätbakens beach. The house has two bedrooms where one room has a double bed and one has a sofa bed for two. In the living room, there is also a sofa bed for two. The house has a shower, toilet, washing machine and dishwasher. The house works well for a family with up to 3 children. Here you get access to docks, rowing boat, gas grill and nice forest walks. 20 minute drive to Söderköping and Stegeborg castle ruin with harbor tavern.

Vid Bråvikens norra strand erbjuds här bad i hav och sjöar, naturupplevelser och umgänge i stor egen trädgård. Inpå knuten finns Kvarsebo å med tillhörande damm, Kvarseboklinten och Kvarsebo havsbad. Huset är en 50-talsvilla på 83 kvm + 7 kvm glasveranda och gäststuga på 8,5 kvm. Huvudbyggnaden har ett stort kök med matplats, 2 sovrum, vardagsrum, veranda med utsikt mot Bråviken samt bastu. Gäster behöver ta med sig sängkläder, badhanddukar samt städa huset innan utcheckning.

Europe's largest zoo, Kolmården, is within about 3.3 miles. Our accommodation is suitable for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers and families (with children).
