Cozy courtyard house with history from the 1800s. Here you will live nicely and sleep well, a perfect starting point for excursions! Close to road 52, in the middle of the community and a horse feed factory in the nearby area that can be noisy during the day on weekdays, but in the evenings and on weekends it is quiet. You can charge your electric car at Stigtomtagården, just a short walk away. 15 km to Nyköping, 10 minutes to Skavsta Airport, 30 minutes to Kolmården Zoo, 50 km to Norrköping and 100 km to Stockholm.

Charlottastugan is secluded and offers a peaceful accommodation surrounded by beautiful nature and a short walk to swimming and fishing in the lake Yngaren. Now there is also the possibility to rent a fishing boat. Here you live spacious on two floors with a separate guest house with place for two people. Ground floor with newly renovated kitchen and several amenities such as a dishwasher. The bathroom has a shower, toilet and washing machine.
