The cottage was built in 2022 and is fully equipped. The cottage has 1 x 160 cm double bed and 1 x 120 cm sofa bed. Duvets and pillows are available. Bed linens & towels can be rented. Boat with oars is available to borrow for free. Free parking is available outside the cottage. Charging for electric cars is not allowed. About 7 minutes by car to Norrköping. 25 minutes to Kolmården. 5 minutes from the E4 highway.

The purple house in Åby

Peaceful newly renovated house with old-fashioned charm. 2 separate bedrooms, living room and kitchen - Total 72 square meters. Wi-Fi, sheets and towels are included, as well as cleaning. Secluded location without visibility at the far end of the plot of a large lush garden with its own elevated part of the garden with lawn by the house, with barbecue and a small patio under the roof. The house is in an old residential area with a walking distance to shops and restaurants. Åby is close to Norrköping, Kolmården Zoo, lakes, forest and the sea.

Guest house near the lake at Bråviken, 30 m2, with access to swimming and jetty outside the door. The cottage is located on a shared plot with the owner, but is still quite secluded. The guest house consists of one room. Fully equipped kitchenette with refrigerator freezer compartment induction stove and oven with microwave. Toilet shower. 2+2 sofa beds with a partition between the sofas. Porch under roof with table and chairs. Barbecue, there is also an electric lighter. You are responsible for the charcoal. TV is available. Wi-Fi access

Sjöstugan

Welcome to our newly built 60 sqm airy lake cottage at Slätbakens beach. The house has two bedrooms where one room has a double bed and one has a sofa bed for two. In the living room, there is also a sofa bed for two. The house has a shower, toilet, washing machine and dishwasher. The house works well for a family with up to 3 children. Here you get access to docks, rowing boat, gas grill and nice forest walks. 20 minute drive to Söderköping and Stegeborg castle ruin with harbor tavern.

Modern guest house

Take a break and wind down in this cosy newly built guest house. You'll find everything you need for a comfortable stay - a bathroom with a shower, and a small kitchen including an oven, hob, fridge, freezer and dishwasher. You can park your car right next to the guest house. A few minutes walk takes you to the nature reserve with hiking routes and a small lake. 15 minutes by car from Norrköping, close to the main road. Unfortunately we can't accept dogs due to a dog allergy.

With us, you will stay in a newly built guest house with kitchen, bathroom, internet, TV, lake view and private parking. Both Linköping and the E4 are close but far enough away not to disturb. The house overlooks Lake Roxen, 5 km from Linköping. Towels, sheets and cleaning are included in the fee. A dog and a cat are on site.

On the farm there are horses, dogs, cats and chickens.

Our place is located in scenic Mem about 1.2 miles from Söderköping. Here you can enjoy both nature and water. Here you will find Kanalmagasinet, where you can have a good dinner in summer, or just enjoy a cup of coffee and ice cream. Distance to beach about 8 km. Europe's largest zoo, Kolmården, is within about 3.3 miles. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids).

The area offers plentiful outdoor activities, and the lakes are great for swimming and fishing. It is just a five-minute walk to a small attractive beach. The buildings are situated on an quiet private road leading to a small farm.
